"All terrific except that one of us doesn’t sleep well in the double bed - though the mattress is very comfortable the bed frame does jiggle about every time one person moves, affecting the other. I’m sure sounder sleepers wouldn’t complain - personal problem! Otherwise we love the cottage and its location and this time enjoyed having friends to dinner too. Thank you Abi and Ed"

"Beautiful cosy cottage in a sweet little village. We had the most wonderful mid week family break. Very nicely decorated with everything you would need. Steep stairs and uneven floors but nothing we couldn't cope with-added to the fun! We took the new family puppy and it was in a perfect location for the county park and lovely walks. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back!!"

"Lovely house in a lovely location but we had a few issues. The property details said there was a barbecue which had planned to use. There was no barbecue! Instead we had to use the ovens in the kitchen. Both ovens were very dirty one of them filled the kitchen with acrid smoke as soon as we turned it on . It was such a shame because the standards of cleanliness elsewhere in the property were very high. With a barbecue and a clean oven this would have been a pretty much perfect house."

"When we arrived after the very cold weather here before Xmas, we literally had no heating in the cottage and the temperature didn’t move off 14 degrees for two days until I asked for someone to fix it. So, we then had about four of the ten heaters working for two weeks until everything failed again and we were left again with no heating.
