"Third time we have stayed here. Very convienient, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The let down was Room 12 which has restricted head room which is a particular issue if you wake at night. Was not aware of this when booking though now ive looked at reviews, others have commented on the same issue. ..."

"I stay at this hotel whenever I go to Plymouth. The main criticism I have with it is that the rooms are so hot, and the air-conditioning switches off during the night. The beds are very small, and very uncomfortable, and the quilts are so heavy and thick, which coupled with the heat in the room makes ..."

Nice hotel, problems with heating though.
"Great hotel with comfortable bed. Not a huge room and bathroom is small but adequate. Heating wasn't working though and was making a racket when on and blowing cold air. Maintenance took a look but couldn't fix it. Ended up with a small oil filled radiator which warmed the room fine."

Clean comfy and good parking.
"Lovely place, perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was worried about parking but no need as about 5-6 big parking places round the back. 2 mins to shops in Mutley and about 10-15 min walk in to Plymouth."
