The owners responded quickly to all communication, and the location is great-just a few steps from the river with a spacious front porch and convenient to Emerald Isle and Swansboro. "After growing up in Swansboro we returned to visit old friends. We thoroughly enjoyed staying downtown. Walked to restaurants, pubs and even visited the town museum. Loved the house and did lots of porch sitting. Imogene and Brad are super hosts."

"Originally, I was supposed to come down with my 11 year old daughter but she got sick the two days before I left so the trip was just me. The property is very quiet and centrally located if you want to check out New Bern and the Croatan National Park. Since my itinerary with my daughter was blown I had to pivot to other things and the park turned out to be fantastic hiking.
