"Lovely villa in a stunning location, fabulous Mountain views. Pool was perfec and the gardens were beautiful with plenty of places to sit. The villa is within a small holding and the friendly donkey in the next field was great entertainment. The only issue was that we were plagued by mosquitoes so bad, that the usual mossie sprays were ineffective. "Was worried about finding the villa late at night, but made it first time. Yes the roads are narrow, a bit like cornwall, but we negotiated the driveway with no problem. The villa was well equipped, aircon in the bedrooms worked quickly when needed. The only thing missing were pool towels, but the sun dried us off so quickly we didn't really need them. "The property was exactly as described on the website. We were delighted on arrival and thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay, making the most of the well equipped kitchen and outside cooking and dining spaces. It was fabulous to be within a short drive of both Puerto Pollença and the fascinating old town, with a range of restaurants. "The check in instructions and location of the property were fine. The property is around a 25 minutes walk to the centre of Pollenca which was fine. Our impression of the villa was that it was a bit tired with old furniture. The a/c was only in the 2 bedrooms and only operates at set times throughout the day. This was a little frustrating as the living room and kitchen were very warm all the time - the outside temperature was above 30*c all week. It would have been nice to escape the heat....

"The villa is like new. It's very modern, clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Lovely large garden which is safe and secure if you have kids and the pool is easy access for all ages. The agents are very helpful and informative. "Very nice villa and very helpful staff at Owl. The only downside was the electricity fuses popping on several occasions in the middle of the night, which required resetting. We had to leave one or two fuses in OFF position throughout the night in order to keep A/C running."

"This property is wonderfully sited for great road cycling and also a great layout for a group to stay in. It has plenty of room for people to find their own space as well as nice communal areas to gather to chat and eat both inside and out. I can understand why some reviews say it needs refurbishment but it has a bucolic charm that more than makes up for it unless you are desperately keen on style over substance."

"We loved our stay here, staff were friendly, it was a great location with a nice walk to the beach and the studio we stayed in was lovely. Outside area was also great with lots of places to lay around the pool. Our only tiny negative was a humming noise inside the studio throughout the night which was a little annoying but we were told it always happens, otherwise everything perfect! "
