Beautiful newly renovated town house with private pool in the center of the beautiful town of Pollensa.

This beautiful and functional house is located in the old town of the center of Pollensa and a few minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor where most of the bars, restaurants and shops are located. The house, which preserves details of a typical Mallorcan house, is fully equipped and is perfect for spending a quiet family vacation. In addition, it has a private pool of about 5 x 2 meters long and several terraces ideal for spending time outdoors.

The constructed area is approximately 120 square meters distributed in a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, hob, microwave, filter coffee maker. Other features include satellite TV, a stereo system and WIFI internet. Of course there is a washing machine and ironing board and iron.

The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, which provides a pleasant cooling in summer and a cozy warmth in the transition period. It also has central heating for the colder winter months.

The beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are about 6 km away.

Dream home
We enjoyed the stay at Can Neri tremendously. We were so happy to discover this gem in Pollenca. The house is decorated beautifully, the beds are very comfortable, the outside space is perfect for catching the sun or cooling off. The house is situated on a street parallel to the Calvari steps and within short walking distance to the main square. It has the view of the sea in the distance as well as the Calvari walk from the upstairs bedroom. I loved the fact that the hosts have provided a well stocked pantry, and a box with essential medicines one might need when travelling. We appreciated the three bathrooms, one on the main floor and one for each bedroom upstairs. A true luxury when travelling with family. There is a bakery only 2-3 minutes walk from the house that has the best ensaimadas, and the main grocery store is about 10 minutes walk from the house. We can't recommend the house enough, and can't wait to return for another holiday.
