The holiday home "Can Bennassar" is located in the beautiful Cala San Vicente, a small residential area of Pollensa and only a few metres away from one of the most beautiful coves in the north of Mallorca. It is the property of a well-known Mallorcan artist (painter - sculptor). That is the reason why his works of art decorate every room of the house.

The house has beautiful gardens, full of green, with lawns, vines, cactus and other plants that give the house a special comfort. All strategically furnished with loungers for sunbathing, a chill out area with sofas and parasols, a barbecue house and, of course, a table and chairs so that the 6 adults staying there can enjoy their breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the open air.

The living room stands out for its large window overlooking the garden, which lets in natural light and its very comfortable sofa to relax and watch TV. It also has direct access to the terrace and the spacious dining room. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The house has one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. All of them have a ceiling fan. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Despite being very close to the beach, the property has spectacular panoramic mountain views. In addition, Cala San Vicente, apart from being famous for the colour of the water of its small beaches, stands out for the quality of its fish and rice restaurants. The best sun and beach holidays are in Can Bennassar!

Quirky pleasant villa in lovely Cala Sam Vicenc
We loved the quirkiness and art around the property and thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay there. We were surprised the second bathroom was outside, although this wasn’t an issue in the good weather. One concern was that someone was living in flat under the villa and this came as an unwelcome surprise on first night when we first heard noises. However, I repeat we all enjoyed the property.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Künstlerflair.
Dieses Haus ist sehr besonders durch die vielen Bilder, Kunstwerke und schönen Pflanzen und den vielen Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen. Ein Hof im Schatten mit Aussenküche, eine Terrasse mit Blick in den Sternenhimmel. Alles sehr gepflegt! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir lieben den Ort und die Umgebung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Schön, aber verbesserungsbedürftig
Die Wohnung ist nur 2 Minuten von einem schönen Sandstrand entfernt und hat einen sehr gepflegten und gemütlichen Außenbereich und Garten, sowie tolle moderne Kunst in allen Räumen, die für eine ganze Galerie ausreichen würde. Wir dürften auch früher einchecken Uns fehlten aber einige Gegenstände des alltäglichen Bedarfs, wie z.b. Küchentücher, Spülmittel, Spüllappen, Salz, zusätzliche Mülltüten etc. Auf unsere Mail diesbezüglich bekamen wir keine Rückmeldung. Hausbesitzer meinte, wir sollten auch Waschmittel kaufen, allerdings bekamen wir doch zumindest das Waschmittel zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Holzschneidebrett war mit Leim verschmiert, was erst beim Spülen sichtbar wurde. Wir hatten drei mal Stromausfall, durch Föhn und Ofen Nutzung.

Sehr schönes Haus, ein Auto sollte man aber haben
Schönes Haus mit sehr schöner Außenanlage. Leider etwas laut. Der Ort ist auch nicht so schön aber mit Auto überhaupt kein Problem. Wir haben am Abend unsere schöne Terrasse genutzt.

Wir waren zu dritt mit Kind in diesem Haus . Das Haus war sehr schön und wir haben alles wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Da die Nächte schon etwas kälter waren, brauchten wir extra Decken , die uns sofort am gleichen Tag gebracht wurden . Service durch die Agentur war auch super. Babybett etc. Alles war wie gewünscht da. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, ideal für Familien. Terrassen und Garten waren auch toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super - Beschreibung stimmt und Haus ist klasse
Wie waren mit 2 Kleinkindern (3 und 5) 14 Tage im Haus. Vorteil, es gibt KEINEN Pool und somit kein Risiko. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und 100% Kindersicher. Die Beschreibung (und Kategorie) sowie die Bilder stimmen genau und die Terassen sind alle klasse und ideal angelegt, genau wie der Garten maximal mit Liebe gepflegt ist. Es ist Nachts sehr ruhig, Tagsüber zum wunderschönen bewachten Strand sind es nur 300 Meter. Die Gastronomie ist absolut original und ausreichend sowie das personal sehr freundlich im Ort. Auch die Agentur top und unkompliziert. Zu unsere Überaschung kam der nette Vermieter zur Gartenpflege mehrfach vorbei und nach 7 Tagen auch noch eine Haushaltspflegerin, wechselte alle Betten und Handtücher und reinigte das Haus. Besonders bei "Pepe" im Restaurant fühlten wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen. Für kleine Einkäufe gibt es fussläufig alles, alle 3-4 Tage sind wir nach Pollenca gefahren (7 Minuten) und haben groß eingekauft. Fazit: Klasse für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Traumurlaub
Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr geschmackvoller, besonderer Einrichtung, schönem Garten und super Ausstattung, alles in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Ein echter Glückstreffer ;)! Wir haben hier zwei Wochen mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern und den Schwiegereltern verbracht und hatten alle eine wunderbare Zeit. Der Strand liegt wirklich direkt die Straße runter, das Örtchen hat auf jeden Fall Charme und ist auch in der Hauptsaison nicht so überlaufen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der einzige kleine Nachteil mag wohl sein, dass es im Ort keinen Supermarkt gibt und man für einen sinnvollen Einkauf ins ca 7 Kilometer entfernte Pollenca fahren muss. Eine Autovermietung gibt's aber auch direkt um die Ecke. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!

Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail
Dieses Haus ist wirklich mit viel Liebe zu Detail angelegt und ausgestattet worden. Die Räume sind gut aufgeteilt und ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vor dem Haus, in Richtung Straße, gibt es eine Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden, die vom Wohnzimmer aus zu erreichen ist. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich dann noch eine weitere wunderschön angelegte Terrasse mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten, einer Außenküche und etwas Rasenfläche. Auf diesem Anwesen kann wirklich jeder sein Lieblingsplätzchen finden.

Sehr hübsche Unterkunft. Tolles Ferienhaus, alles sauber und ordentlich mit gut gepflegten und liebevoll angelegten Außenbereich. Super Lage, sowohl zum Strand als auch für alle Wanderer und Radler. Wir haben sofort bei Ankunft die Hektik des Alltags abschütteln können und waren insgesamt sehr, sehr zufrieden-wir kommen gerne wieder.
