Cozy apartment right on the seafront

Beautiful first floor apartment with sea views located in the center of Puerto Pollensa. 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a separate WC. Just steps from the wide sandy beach and with 2 large fully furnished terraces to enjoy Mallorca's sun or dine al fresco. Air conditioned.

This apartment is a duplex with large terraces on each floor with sea views. Located opposite Puerto Pollensa's beautiful marina and wide sandy beach the apartment is close to shops and restaurants. The balconies are fully furnished with a table and chairs, umbrellas and upstairs sun loungers may be found. The apartment terraces are ideal for sunbathing, dining or just watching the world go by. With lovely sea views and the beach steps from the entrance.

Inside the apartment itself is set on two levels. The first floor consists of a newly refurbished (2019) lounge / dining room with satellite television and DVD player. From here the first of the terraces is accessed. A newly fitted kitchen comes very well equipped with electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and washing machine. On this floor there are two newly refurbished (2019) cozy air conditioned bedrooms; (one with double bed and one with twin beds), a newly fitted shower room and an additional separate toilet.

A further modern master air conditioned bedroom with double bed and newly fitted en suite shower room is found on the floor above. A large secluded balcony is accessed from this bedroom with sun loungers and sea views.

We have a gym a minute walking from the apartment. Check Puerto Pollensa Gym on google maps. Access is free for guests. Just remind us who you are when you eat :)

Nice apartment- great hosts
For three adults, the apartment was pleasantly spacious and clean. We enjoyed the two terraces which offer beautiful views of the harbor. Our hosts were incredibly forthcoming and helpful when we had a little bit of bad luck with our return flight, which we greatly appreciated. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic location with beautiful views
The house has everything you need and is in a great location with many shops and restaurants near.by. The beach is right outside and there are beach chairs and lilos etc. and a great snorkelling mask to use. Thanks for the coffee! Joan is great and answered any questions and fixed any problems quickly.. We had a wonderful time here, even during the hottest day ever recorded on Mallorca!

Wonderful Apartment Amazing Location.
Everything was simple from start to finish! The Apartment itself is located within walking distance for anything you could ever need, and is very well put together! A few things could do with a repair or update but they were minor gripes! The views from both balconies are amazing, would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing chilled out time.

Great apartment
Great apartment. Joan the owner been so helpful from day one. The fruit, water, milk and tea on arrival was a lovely gesture. The apartment it’s self although sleeps 6, is fantastic for just 2. The upstairs suit is modern with a fantastic balcony with sun loungers. The downstairs balcony was lovely to have lunch on and also evening drinks before the short walk to the town centre. Second visit for us and I’m sure there will be more. Thank you Joan for early check in and late check out

Just returned home after thoroughly enjoying our stay in this apartment. In a perfect position for enjoying the views over the marina, beach just over the road & many bars & eating places well within walking distance. The outside seating areas are perfect for watching the world go by in the evenings especially as the road is closed to traffic from 6 in the evening till 5am so very quiet. Bedrooms are large and air conditioned , a godsend during this weeks heatwave & good showers in both bathrooms. Joan was very helpful from the start & good communication with instructions for our stay. WiFi was an added bonus ! Thanks again Joan, we will return. Charles ,Bridged & family

Lovely spacious Home from Home in Puerto Pollensa
The property was lovely, traditional in parts and also modern in parts. From the moment we stepped inside, we really liked the property, very spacious, clean and tidy, all amenities inside the apartment available and the balconies were both very large with plenty of room, quiet too. We used the upstairs en suite bedroom and it was very spacious and the power shower was heavenly. Sun most of the day on both terraces. Location was perfect, right in the centre of the Pine Walk and grocery /newsagent shops right on the doorstep. The views were beautiful overlooking the Marina and the sea with the beach literally straight across the road. The welcome pack was a nice surprise along with the lucozade for my husband, (thanks Joan). No complaints at all, we had a really relaxing holiday which is exactly what we wanted. Only one suggestion and that would be to add a small carton of milk to the welcome pack as we like a cuppa. Would we stay there again.. definitely. A great find right in the centre of Puerto Pollensa. A mention about Sea Adventures Boat Hire straight across the road, we hired a boat for 4-5 hours for 120 euros, that was an amazing day cruising around in the sunshine and stopping at the different sights on the way to Cap Formentor. We ate at The Centric Restaurant a few nights, excellent food and service. Thank you Joan

Comfortable apartment
A really convenient position right on the promenade, many restaurants, bars and cafes within very easy walking distance. The beach was across the road. We had a great stay and will be back again.

En fantastisk lägenhet med dubbla uteplatser som ger en härlig utsikt över hav, strand och småbåtshamn. Trots att lägenheten ligger ovanför ett promenadstråk med affärer och restauranger upplevde vi inget störande oljud. Lägenheten är väl utrustad och i bra skick. Perfekt kommunikation med ägaren.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten eine super Aussicht auf den Hafen und Strand. In der Nähe gab es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und es hat uns nichts gefehlt in der Unterkunft. Wir waren das erste mal in Port Pollenca, sind sehr begeistert gewesen und werden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist super, Parkplatz ist kostenlos vorhanden. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Leider hat es im Innenhof immer Mal wieder merkwürdig gerochen, hat jetzt aber nicht wirklich gestört

Property as described, great location. We had a few minor issues with air con and washing machine, but both quickly sorted. Would definitely use this apartment again.

Disappointed
Linen and towels need replacing. Only 2 bath towels for 3 people. Stairs up to 3rd bedroom and en-suite treacherous, would not be legal in UK. In my opinion would be no good for a family, you would not want to sleep upstairs with your family downstairs. Didn’t feel secure as there are two locked back doors in the apartment, one downstairs at end of hallway and one upstairs. Not the cleanest and drains were smelly. Lots of plug ins to disguise smell. Location is good, but for the price would have expected better. Downstairs shower room needs updating. No duvet cover on single bed.. would not use again.

Ideal Location
Lovely apartment in an amazing location, great views from both terraces of marina/beach. Ideally positioned for not only Port de Pollença attractions but for touring whole island. We stayed in Joans’s apartment for a week using it as a base for seeing all of Majorca and with some good roads throughout every part of Majorca is no more than an hour away.

Zentral gelegen und gut ausgestattet
Wir sind mit fünf Personen gut untergebracht gewesen. Es war alles vorhanden und vom Appartement aus war alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir jederzeit problemlos gratis parken. Zumindest im April. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist vielleicht, dass die Spülmaschine zwar schön leise ist aber leider auch nur die Hälfte sauber macht. Das sieht man auch gleich beim ersten Blick in den Schrank. Aber wie gesagt, es war alles vorhanden was zum kochen benötigt wird! Die Betten waren oben ziemlich hart, unten etwas weicher. Wer gerne mit seinem Partner kuschelt, kommt damit bestens zurecht. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich morgens in der Sonne frühstücken. Ansonsten sind Liegen vorhanden. Wir waren außerdem zum klettern da und haben uns die Felsen im Norden und Westen angesehen. In den Ferien schnell voll aber in den größeren Gebieten findet man immer einen freien Platz. Für uns rundum gelungen!

Lovely terrace off the lounge which was a sun trap for most of the day and a good sized umbrella!
Really enjoyed our stay. Great location with views of the sea and port. Quiet too. The main bedroom and ensuite and terrace fab although the other two bedrooms could do with some updating and brightening up. Joan very helpful as a host. Would love to return one day.

Great apartment with brilliant views.
Apartment is great. The two balconies give tremendous views over the marina and to the hills in the East. Particularly impressive at sunrise. Although right in the centre of town it was really quite. Apartment was spotless and has all you need. Beds are very comfortable, upper bedroom is really impressive with its own shower room and brilliant balcony. Two bedrooms on the lower floor are very comfortable but don't get much natural light, suits teenagers very well. Would very happily return.
