This is the second time we've used this brilliant apartment and we've even booked for a 3rd stay. The location is perfect and the apartment has everything you need. The owner is quick to respond and is very helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a fabulous location that is hard to beat. We were in Puerto Pollenca on a cycling trip, the outside space is perfect for bike storage and the stairs are no trouble at all. We will be booking again!

Great apartment in central location. 5 mins to beach, bars and restuarants. This was our 2nd stay and it is a lovely place. Steep stairs up but worth the effort ! The owner came by to ask if everything was ok. Nice touch.

Wonderful location and apartment.
This was a wonderful apartment just seconds away from the sea front, shops and the Marina. Lovely and spacious inside and everything you'd need for a wonderful time away. Only issue we kept encountering was the lack of/existence of hot water. Contacted property manager who was very quick to respond and try to sort which we are very thankful for. We'll definitely want to stay here again. Thank you.

lovely & simple
Lovely apartment, simple but more than sufficient fittings (the master bed, however, might soon need a new mattress) within walking distance of the port. Great location for hikers and bikers (no storeroom, though, for bikes). Steep staircase to flat -- but who does not need a little incentive to keep fit?

Très bien situé
Appartement très bien situé près du port, de la plage. Supermarché juste en face de l’appartement. Pour se garer il y a des parkings à environ 500m. Le petit extérieur est très appréciable.

L'appartement était conforme aux photos et sa localisation était très bonne, juste en face d'un supermarché et très proche du port et des plages. Cependant, à notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le four et les casseroles n'étaient pas suffisamment propres, et les poêles étaient très usagées. La communication avec le propriétaire a été peu réactive, et certains de nos messages sont restés sans réponse.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommenen. Für einen Kurzurlaub wäre es schön, wenn eine kleines Paket mit Geschirrspülertaps und Gewürzen vorrätig wäre. Man kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

L'appartement est spacieux et convient à trois adultes. Il est bien situé pour les randonnées dans la Serra Tramuntana. Il y a tous les commerces nécessaires. Il n'est par contre pas toujours facile de trouver une place de parking... Une suggestion serait également d'équiper l'appartement de produits ménagers : éponge, produit vaisselle et produit dégraissant (pour la cuisine, salle de bain ou les sols.) Certaines casseroles ne sont pas adaptées aux plaques vitrocéramiques et la hotte ne fonctionnait pas.

Central location, great value
Right in the centre of Port de Pollenca with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, bike rental and anything else you might need. Well priced for a 2 bedroom apartment. We were there in the off season and it might get a bit noisy on the street outside. Also the stairs up to the flat are a bit steep and narrow if you are bringing up bikes. Great place for morning coffee just 2 doors up when you turn left from the flat, they also make a killer burger and other good stuff at dinner

Previous reviews have stated that the photographs do not show the apartment at its best and this is something we are also in agreement with. There are 15 steep steps up to the property and they are also quite narrow - getting suitcases up and down wasn't the easiest job - as the property, like so many, is above commercial premises. The road outside was fairly busy during the day but at night, it was quieter. The only daily disturbance was the bin men - but being in the centre of town near restaurants, it comes with the territory. As stated in the title, we re-booked for next year already. The apartment's location is ideal for shops (supermarket across the road), restaurants and is 5 minutes from the beach. The placement of the key box could be lower to make it easier to access which is the only change I would like to see, Also a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival would have been appreciated - due to Easyjet not having enough space on the plane, we didn't get to the apartment until 3.00am!
