Welcome to this beautiful villa with private pool in Puerto de Pollença. It sleeps 8 people and is only 270 meters from the beach.
The outdoor area is perfect for a pleasant family beach vacation. It offers a large garden with 8 sun loungers and 2 parasols for sunbathing by the pool. This measures 10 x 5 meters, has a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters and has an outdoor shower. The front terrace is perfect for relaxing in the armchairs. The porch has a barbecue and outside dining area. The property is fenced and is located within a residential area with neighbours around.

The interior is characterised by spacious and well-equipped spaces. The split-level living-dining room offers comfortable sofas, where you can watch satellite TV, and a spacious dining area. The kitchen is independent, is equipped with a ceramic hob, and also offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Still on the ground floor we find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and all have 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have AC. On this floor there is a second bathroom with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available in case you are travelling with your baby.

Puerto de Pollença area is one of the best destinations on the island of Mallorca. It is a perfect residential area for family vacations with all the essential services: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, beach bars, etc. The sandy beach is only 270 meters from the property. The boardwalk emanates charm and beauty. A must see are the Formentor beach and the town of Pollença. If you like to play golf, the course is only 9.2 km away.

Lovely homely villa
Can Lloren was really great although the villa felt much smaller than the impression we had from the photos on the website . In saying that it was perfectly formed and adequate for our needs. A better equipment kitchen would be good but everything was clean and the owner was very helpful. Would recommend.
