3 bedroom villa, with private pool and BBQ, Puerto Pollensa

Villa Tomeu is located in the area of Siller, 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. This lively resort has a never-ending choice of restaurants, mostly overlooking the sea, plus a huge sandy beach with views of the hillside. The house itself has views of the nearby mountains, as well as a private swimming pool and a fresh and colorful interior. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa is semi-detached with its neighbor. There is a private, gated driveway for your car if you choose to hire one. The main entrance is at the front of the house.

The living area is bright and airy, with patio doors opening onto a covered terrace at the front of the house. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV, with an archway connecting to the dining area which has a table and chairs for 6 people.

Across the hall is the kitchen which is fully equipped and also has a small breakfast table. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.


It has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms which all share the facilities of a separate bathroom and shower room. All three bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished, with plenty of storage space.

The south-facing, circular private pool and terrace makes ideal sun during the day, but the alfresco dining area is covered if you need a break from the heat. You'll also have your own brick BBQ to one side of the terrace.

Villa Tomeu can sleep up to 6 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

Reasonable for price
No problems on arrival. Several problems once in property. Plug sockets hanging out of wall. No power to some of the sockets in one of the bedrooms. Front door lock hanging out of the door which we managed to get back in. Aircon not working in one of the bedrooms. Contacted agent who said they don't manage the property anymore and would pass message on to owner. No contact received. No refund of deposit received to date. Property itself was in great location close to all amenities including local supermarket and the town centre. Enjoyed the villa despite a few problems.

Problems
The following were the main issues were A total lack of pre entry checking The key safe was falling apart to the extent that anyone could have taken the keys The front door lock fell apart The sun umbrella by the pool was torn and completely unusable We had to clean the sunbeds and outdoor furniture The wash hand basin in the main bathroom was literally hanging off the wall The WiFi was not operating for a week At least 9 lightbulbs had to be replaced Microwave, kettle and toaster all operated off one socket A few of the above issues were fixed after I complained . This ruined the first week of our holiday

Als wir angekommen sind, hatten wir die Adresse mit der Hausnummer 3B. Diese gab es aber gar nicht. Wir haben nach längerem Suchen einfach 3A ausprobiert und es ging. Im Haus gibt es alles, was für das tägliche Bedürfnis benötigt wird. Leider funktionierte der TV nicht, da die Steckdose kaputt war (für das EM Endspiel natürlich ärgerlich). Außerdem eine Nachtlampe in einem Zimmer war ebenfalls defekt. Das Schwimmbad war gut, dennoch hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass zumindest der Außenbereich gekehrt wäre und eine gewisse Ordnung geherscht hätte. Waschmaschine war vorhanden, leider gab es keine Möglichkeit, die Wäsche aufzuhängen, da kein Wäscheständer vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse oben hätte man alles aufhängen können, die Tür war jedoch versperrt, so dass es für uns nicht zugänglich war. Im großen und ganzen war es für uns ok.

Maison sympathique mais qui mériterait un bon rafraichisement. Nous y avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances et la piscine est un réel plus. Les échanges par mail avec la société de location se sont très bien déroulés. A recommander si vous n'êtes pas trop regardant sur les détails.
