"Wonderful host checked us in and carried bags to second level. Had welcome treats and showed us how everything worked in room. Nice breakfast and highly recommend for a stop off for an evening or quiet place to stay outside Galway. Charming quiet town."

"This was a very cute and spacious room, definitely had everything you needed, surprisingly a lot of storage if you brought a lot of items with you and wanted to just settle on in. We dined at the bistro (casual dining area) downstairs and it was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend it. They also have another restaurant there that requires reservations. The staff we met were amazing, so kind and funny and very helpful - there is a sign that states if the front desk is empty, to go to the bar for assistance.. we did and were checked in immediately. My only negative is - the parking. It’s absolutely awful and I don’t know how we lucked out with finding a spot. They even lost some spaces by adding outdoor seating, which seemed shocking to me. I would recommended reaching out ahead of time to ask about alternative parking, just in case "

"Very friendly staff. Some room furniture could do with a bit of updating. Need a swimming hat to use the pool which was a little on the chilly side but not too bad. Restaurant/bar staff very busy. Could do with a bit more help but they remained very calm and polite. Food good and plenty of it."
