"Well the first room was aweful old carpet old bathroom so I went to the front desk and Jan was very friendly and helpful and gave us a nice room the next day the ac was out and the man at the front desk was rude and grump he was there both nights and real unfriendly nothing like Jan he was great "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Grof. The accommodations were great. The attached cafe and restaurant had excellent food and a wonderful homey ambience. The breakfast was amazing. I liked it so much I extended my stay to relax and refresh before traveling home. I had to leave before breakfast on my day of check-out and they prepared a wonderful gourmet to-go meal for me. I’d totally recommend anyone to stay here!"

"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"I have stayed here a number of times while visiting family. While it is in the heart of the city square it’s not easy to get to via car as most of the roads leading close to the hotel are closed. There are no safes in the room, rooms did not have ironing boards or irons. The comforters barely cover beds. My mom and sister stayed at other hotels in the city and both were far better experiences. Nice quality comforters and pillow."

"Vi var 2 vuxna och 2 barn, så vi hade bokat ett rum med 1 säng och 1 bäddsoffa. Rummet var fräscht om än i behov av ett ansiktslyft. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam och städningen fanns inget att klaga på. + väldigt högt vattentryck i duschen, väldigt varmt vatten i duschen, gratis inträde till vattenparken som ligger bredvid hotellet, rent och fint på hela hotellet, gratis parkering direkt utanför, bra frukost (det man förvänta sig plus lite till) - endast 3 eluttag på ett rum för 4 (så...
