"This is a beautiful house on a large property in a residential neighborhood, surrounded by trees and flowers, and also the neighbors' animals. The house is clean and spacious with a beautiful upstairs patio overlooking Boqueron. The bedrooms have powerful AC. Edna and Luis are lovely people and they were very quick to respond to all questions. They also came by to pick passion and bread fruit for us to enjoy. Thank you for a really nice stay!"

"Every year I come to PR which is my birthplace, with my two daughters. They are 20 and 21 and this year I wanted to discover the Cabo rojo side of the island for the first time. This place was far more than i expected. It was cozy and so clean. It had everything we needed. The pool was super nice and clean. The beach was super close and a beautiful beach I might say. I am definitely keeping the info for this place because I will return. Oh! The owner was super responsive as well. Amazing...

"The home was GORGEOUS and so perfectly organized! It had all the extras and plenty of space for a large group. The pool area was like a sanctuary with birds and little creatures and all the beautiful plant life as well. Walking or even bike riding to places is not really an option, but there are countless places to eat and shop within a short drive, less than a half hour. Would stay here again for certain!"

"Property was not ready to receive guests. Pictures are not updated. The property was dark and didn’t have a welcoming atmosphere. Location has the appearance of isolation and abandonment. Gate fob didn’t work, inside the property was dark and lights didn’t work. The number provided was wrong. My partner and I were very disappointed that we opted to stay elsewhere. I strongly don’t recommend this place."

"Overall a great stay and property. Loved the pool with outside shower, bathroom, and full kitchen. No closet space or draw space except for a nightstand so I just lived out my suitcase which was fine with me. No TV’s in bedroom only in the common area. Property manager awesome at responding to all messages sent. The street was not as busy as I expected. There are a few stores near by but close early if you used to city life. Every time we entered or left the property, a guard was on duty to let us in/out. The apartment is equipped with all that you would need to make a comfortable stay.
