"Had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. If you’re thinking of staying here ask to stay on the riverside as there were building works on the other side when we were there. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to change rooms for us and responded quickly and thoughtfully with any issues we brought to them. The river/city views are stunning, and food in the restaurant is wonderful. The location is perfect. Everything in walking distance. We hold very fond memories...

"Location is absolutely fantastic, walking distance to the train/bus stations, Moltawa river and all the restaurants/shopping area. I've traveled with my husband, room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The same about bathroom- it was spotless. Staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend and be back there in the future "

"Can’t fault the hotel and spa facilities. Staff were efficient rather than warm. One note of caution to light sleepers. The property overlooks a busy dual carriageway so inevitably there is quite a bit of traffic noise on that side of the building and noise ingress. Ear plugs for light sleepers will be important plus to guard against inconsiderate guests at 0230. Bath towels are small, toiletries are good quality. No milk in room, only creamers - hope that helps 🙏"

"Smart and quality fit-out of rooms. The hotel is compact and very modern. Swimming pool is small but extremely clean and a great atmosphere of its own. Breakfast has very generous options. Can't comment on evening dining options and the room service menu didn't appeal. Location is perfect for catching tram. Staff were cheerful and professional. "Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Spacious rooms, great location and excellent breakfast. They let us check in early, very friendly staff and the fudge at the front desk was delicious! We ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was very good also. If I ever return to Gdansk I will definitely stay here again."
