"The front desk was rude and arrogant. Before I showed him my reservation. He said “no reservation” in a condescending tone. After I showed our reservation and my husband stepped in speaking Turkish did his attitude change. The hotel spent the remainder of our stay trying to make amends with complementary ..."

"Odaya girdiğimde şok oldum. Temizlik herhalde 1 aydır hiç yapılmamış, yastıklar leş gibi kokuyor. Banyo küvetine benden önce ki konaklayan şahıs kusmuş, sağolsun kimse temizlememiş."
