Two villas centrally located in Cypress Lakes Resort in Pokolbin

Located in beautiful Cypress Lakes with all the Hunter Valley has to offer on your doorstep.
Only a front door that separates the upstairs two bedrooms with two bathrooms, upstairs balcony, full kitchen, dining room and living room from the other two bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs balcony, another full kitchen, dining room and living room.
Luxurious rain shower heads in all showers. Two bathrooms come complete with full bathtub including a bath tray that is perfectly suited for your wine glass and reading materials. We have thought of the little details, ensuring there is filtered chilled water on arrival, power outlets by your bedside for charging devices, lounge chairs on each balcony to soak in the beautiful views, and the list goes on.

This listing consists of two separate villas located one above the other, both with views overlooking the beautiful Hunter Valley and Broken Back Mountains. This is perfect for groups of up to 10 people (friends or extended/multiple families) visiting the Hunter Valley together.

Villa Stemless (#755) is located on the ground level and consists of 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen, living area & balcony. Please note you will have to climb stairs from parking area to access this villa.

Villa Stemmed (#756) is located on the top level and consists of 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living area and balcony. Please not you will have to climb stairs from the parking area and inside of villa to access the villa.

The villas are located within Cypress Lakes Resort giving you access to resort facilities including award winning golf course, restaurant and bar on site, during COVID-19 restrictions you do have access to pool and tennis courts for small fee.

* Each of the 4 bedrooms can be configured as one King Bed or 2 Single Beds. Please contact owner with your requirements so the beds can be configured correctly prior to your arrival.

Beautiful Villas - clean, well maintained and amazing views
We stayed at Heather's villas and blown away at the cleanliness, quality of furniture and fixtures and amenitities provided. The view from the balcony is amazing - we even had a mother and toddler kangaroo come up close to our door. Heather is an excellent communicator and we had no issues at all. We'll definitely be back again!

Adjacent villas ideal for larger family groups
We booked 3 villas all belonging to Heather, for use by 10 mature adults as a weekend getaway. It was ideal that they were all close together so that we could move between the villas to socialise. Whilst each villa had its own styling, they were all equally well presented, with all the extra comforts of home provided. Heather was prompt in her communication, and access was easy. Would definitely recommend, and we hope to visit again.
