As the name suggests, Second Fairway at the Vintage overlooks the par 4, 2nd hole of Greg Norman’s world-renowned golf course and promises to set a new benchmark in executive golf stays.

Second Fairway is ideally suited to 2 families or up to 4 couples or individuals, while still providing essential privacy and personal space for all guests.
* 3 King bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 of those with ensuite bathrooms and 1 adjacent to the main bathroom
* 4th bedroom is upstairs, can be a King or 4 singles, has its own en suite bathroom.
* Bathrooms feature big fluffy towels, hairdryers and guest soaps
* Comfortable beds feature hotel-quality white linen, feathery doonas and fluffy pillows

The Vintage resort facilities
This 18-hole Greg Norman-designed golf course has been ranked among the best golf courses in Australia. It is the only Greg Norman-designed golf course in NSW that is accessible to the public.
Second Fairway at the Vintage is ideally located on the righthand dogleg of the Par 4 2nd hole, with an open vista from the tee to the green, and just a stroll from all the golfing and recreational facilities The Vintage has to offer, including a 25m lap pool, children’s wading pool and generous hot tub.
Nearby are the 2 championship tennis courts, electric barbecues and guests gym.
The clubhouse itself features The Legends Grill which serves tasty meals from breakfast right through to late supper, both indoors and from the verandah overlooking the 18th.
The pro shop can assist with tee times and golfing equipment.
Golf tuition is also available at The Vintage.

Weekend Getaway in the Hunter
We booked this lovely home because of the bedroom and bathroom layout- it was perfect for our family of all adults attending a concert in the Hunter. Our Host, Lisa, was sensational to deal with - her communication was excellent. The house is exactly as portrayed in the images and the fittings and fixtures are of a very high quality. Everything in the home is well organised and well fitted out. We enjoyed our stay enormously because of the great location and this exceptional home. If we had to work really hard to find a fault, it would be that a deep clean may benefit for removal of dust build up, but we are a family with very bad allergies - many others would be fine. If we return to the Hunter I would absolutely book this property again. We highly recommend this beautiful home and its tranquil location.

House was nice and spacious, good size bedrooms, nice large entertaining area. Quiet location, close to golf course. Close to golf club dining and close to several wineries. Only negative is that there is no emergency contact number for property manager if it is required. Tried to contact through Stayz and have waited 2 days and still no contact.

Family Wedding Accommodation
The property description online was extremely accurate. A well-appointed and beautiful home with 4 bathrooms which made preparations for the wedding great. A very quiet area with plenty of off-street parking, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and pillows, an amazing fireplace area with wall heaters and bbq area. Spent Four nights with friends from Adelaide. The house was spotless, fully equipped, comfortable beds and a wonderful location. A short walk to Nineteen bistro for coffee, light snacks, lunch or dinner. Five days of magnificent weather, abundance of restaurants and cellar doors. Ideal Home for a Large Family or Group of Friends
Great home with plenty of space including 4 x King Bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Backs onto the golf course where you could see Kangaroos grazing and enjoying the sunshine. Easy walk to "Nineteen" the local Pub for drinks & meals as well as a short stroll to the Golf Course. Lisa was very helpful and the complete experience was easy and very enjoyable.

Golfing trip

Beautiful home for our family and children ! The home was equipped with all necessities .. loved the warm fire place. The outdoor area had peaceful views of the golf course and an amazing space for the kids to play whilst the family cooked on the gas BBQ. Host was lovely and easy to communicate with and the home is located within minutes to hunter valley attractions and a convenient short walk to the legend & nineteen restaurant. Thanks for stay !

Property well set up for a group of friends positiion and outlook wonderful - really good for exploring hunter wineries and restaurants Bedrooms and ensuites were clean but tired Beds not very comfortable- mattresses need to be upgraded Ensuite toiletries , apart from handwash - completely lacking.ie bady wash and lotion shampoo and conditioner - please install eco friendly refillable bottles suite of towels missing face washers

Family Wedding
Travelled far and collected Uni students and Grandparemts along the way for a family wedding. 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathroom fantastic to get everyone ready one time. One grandparent on a walking stick and having bedrooms down stair and bathroom very accessible for him. Every thing you need, loved our morning cuppa watching the golfers go by. Great outside bbq area which we used for breakfast and Dinner. Highly recommend staying here. Janine

I stayed with a group of adults and we had a wonderful experience. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cosy. Our family came together after 3yrs for a wedding it was great location and on the whole a very well appointed house. We had a gteat time Just a suggestion. It would be good if the dishwashing liquid/tablets and other items left for guests reflected the amt of guests and the length of their stay. Shampoo conditioner soap etc should be supplied considering cost of accommodation
