Parkside is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 3 living
areas overlooking the well manicured park lands of The Vintage
estate.

Suited for all family types, Parkside offers theperfect outdoor kids
retreat boasting a large backyard for all activities. Your group will
have plenty of space to spread out over the multiple living areas
which are allcomplete with Smart TV and WIFI facilities.

Casual living is offered towards the rear of the property with a
combined kitchen and dining. There is also an outdoorcovered alfresco
area with full BBQ amenities. The master bedroom has an ensuite
and Smart TVapplications.

Internal access double garage with a Working TESLA CHARGING
Station for complete convenience.

A 1.21% surcharge is levied on all bank card payments.
