We booked our stay for 5 nights. When we got there, they said they only had 3 nights available, so we had to leave after the 3rd night, and find other accommodations. I don't know if the problem was with Hotels.com, or with the hotel. Once I returned home from my vacation, I contacted Hotels.com, and a refund for the remaining 2 nights will be coming. So, this was a hassle and difficult to deal with in the beginning, but in the end, it worked out. The place itself, is very nice. It is very clean, and the staff is kind and courteous. We had free breakfast every morning. There was a good hot shower, and nice beds. It is in a beautiful setting, and I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay if not for the mishap we encountered in booking it.
