Missed the personal touch of checking in via reception and engaging with someone. Location is superb, right opposite Basilica Sant'Antonio and an easy walk to all the other sites in the city. "Great location in city center. Very clean always. 2 negatives. There is no elevator, of the 5 rooms only room 1 was on the ground floor. They should let people know about that. Only other thing is that in the shower stall there’s no where to put your soap and shampoo. You have to keep picking them up off the floor."

"A simple check in process. Excellent location within minutes of restaurants/bars and a quick walk to all the major sights. Property was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped. The only issue was the noisy entry system that sent video and audio into the room when other guests were trying to enter. It made for some interrupted sleep. Other guests were also frequently loud in entering the property. Shame as this spoiled the accommodation somewhat. "

Elevator, underground car park and only 20 minutes from Verona. Easy drive. Highly recommend.
