"Staff was very friendly, accommodations were clean and neat, appliances worked perfectly, pool and hot tub were clean everyday. Great location to see Basse-Terre island. Free parking for your rented car (which you will need to see the island). We were in a Studio with a kitchenette. Bigger grocery store was about 20 minutes away. only 15 minutes to Deshae (where they filmed Death in Paradise). We had a great time."

"We had an incredible stay at Habitation Cafeiere Samana Beausejour. Didier & Etienne have created a truly magical residence and would highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore Basse Terre. "Reception/check-in was pleasant and professional. Zenitude Hotel is divided in two main sections: Clipper and Residence Salako. I was in Clipper. This section requires a lot of renovation and clean-up. The bathroom was unbelievably dirty. There was mouldy grime between the tiles in the shower cubicle and the bathroom floor.I had to buy AJAX and a scrubbing brush to clean it off. The room was not so bad.
