Brand new to the market! While our condo is small (440 sq ft), it is completely renovated and in a Prime location very close to everything including the beach and boardwalk when you stay at this centrally-located place. Literally steps to the beach, Jenkinson’s boardwalk & aquarium and all the restaurants & family attractions.

We just finished a complete renovation in 2023.

Fully equipped kitchen with Convection Microwave/Oven and Stove Top (no oven), with dining table, Kuerig coffee maker provide (bring your own Kcups).

Full bathroom with standup shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is small, but it is brand new and functional. We provide 4 sets of bath towels, but please bring your own personal items such as soap and shampoo as we do not provide those items.

Open concept living room with Smart tv and hi-speed wifi and all new furniture. The apartment also comes with your own parking spot right in front of the unit!

One queen bed in each bedroom (with closets), sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy your own outdoor space with a table, chairs and relaxing bench to unwind after a long day at the beach including a condo community yard.

We provide two (2) beach badges good for two (2) adults, additional badges can be purchased at the beach.

We hire a professional cleaning service to clean and disinfect the apartment before each stay.

NO PARTIES OR NOISE. This is a quiet condo complex, we ask that you respect the neighbors as your own.

This place was perfect. Very clean, close to beach (short walk), make meals in or walk to local restaurants. Owners checked to be sure everything was good and they have great information available for reference on the area and instructions for the place. Highly recommend.

Clean, updated property with everything we needed. So close to the beach! Easy walk right to the boardwalk. And a parking spot is nice. Property owners are great too.

What a hidden gem
Spent a long weekend there with my wife and 2 year old daughter. What an absolutely great time we had. The location was perfect. Spent most of our days at the boardwalk and beach which was literally a 5 minute walk. At night we would walk over to Saltys Ice Cream shop which was a 3 minute walk. The host was great. Any questions i had were answered right away. We will be returning in the near future!

Beach getaway
Great property that’s fully updated! It is on the smaller side but very well laid out with great use of space. We stayed as a family (3 adults and one toddler) and had enough room! It is a 2 minute walk from the beach and boardwalk which can’t be beat! Karl was very easy to communicate with and a great host. We would definitely stay here again!
