"Outstanding property and staff is superior. Decor tremendous the Chris Wylie art is the anchor to the entire aesthetic of the interior. Two issue to mention. It is not comfortable to be at a hotel where the staff is gone by 4 pm. There are two many safety issues to not have at least one attendant to help the guests with the facility. Also please do something about the air on the third floor. If you can’t don’t rent those rooms unless you wish Overall a superb hotel. "

"Stayed here on a friend’s group trip that was a mix of couples and singles. There were more beds than we needed which allowed the group to spread out. The dining room was large enough to accommodate 8 people which provided a great place to hang out. There are two living rooms/dens that connect. One has seating for 5 with a tv while the other has seating for 4 with no tv. The bedrooms were spacious and 2 of the bathrooms had been recently renovated. "Got to property and had trouble with the front door lock. Gas grill was not there and when it did arrive it was not useable. Also no shower curtain for the shower. Very basic cable. Minimal channels. Great location. Quick walk to beach."

"Comfortable little beach house with a 7 minute walk to a great beach, Roger Wheeler. Salty Brine Beach is within walking distance as well. Quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants and ice cream places. Scarborough South Beach also close by. Benny’s Clam Shack right up the street with excellent seafood. I will definitely be back."

"Maria’s house was perfect for our family vacation this summer! There was plenty of space for 4 couples and one very active 5-year old. And the location was great - close to the beaches but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Maria was super responsive to the few questions we had and was helpful with local recommendations. We’ll be back!"
