"Stayed here on a friend’s group trip that was a mix of couples and singles. There were more beds than we needed which allowed the group to spread out. The dining room was large enough to accommodate 8 people which provided a great place to hang out. There are two living rooms/dens that connect. One has seating for 5 with a tv while the other has seating for 4 with no tv. The bedrooms were spacious and 2 of the bathrooms had been recently renovated. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is...

"Clean and comfortable same. I stayed with my daughter and 2 granddaughters, and the space was just perfect for us. Seafood and ice cream (!) an easy walk from the house. Enjoyed our stay very much."

"Got to property and had trouble with the front door lock. Gas grill was not there and when it did arrive it was not useable. Also no shower curtain for the shower. Very basic cable. Minimal channels. Great location. Quick walk to beach."

"Comfortable little beach house with a 7 minute walk to a great beach, Roger Wheeler. Salty Brine Beach is within walking distance as well. Quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants and ice cream places. Scarborough South Beach also close by. Benny’s Clam Shack right up the street with excellent seafood. I will definitely be back."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We loved walking to the rock beach in the mornings and evenings. The house is walking distance to restaurants and ice cream. We were a short drive to larger beaches and restaurants. We loved our excursions to Block Island and Newport. The place was clean with a well stocked kitchen. "
