"The pool area is really nice. Rooms are very clean too. Internet was spotty. I was awoken by a Swarm of yard cleaners very loud equipment at 8:00am after a late night out. So sleeping in could be an issue. Maybe they could start at 10am."

Miscommunication
"I had to wait 20 minutes for the front counter lady to come in from smoking. The security guard was sitting in the lobby playing on his phone and he just kept saying she will be back soon.. Then she told me I had booked a double bed room and I said no I booked a family suite.. So I had to show her ..."

Poinciana is a town located in Kissimmee. The locals there are very welcoming. The town has many dining and some shopping options. There is a hospital close by. As is the case in many small towns, there are few food options at night. Walmart is 24/7.
