No one sent us checkin information until I asked for it and there was no welcome book at the house (which normally provides WiFi, has checkout instructions, etc.).
The outside garbage can was not empty when we arrived so we had to leave bags in the garage.
The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was missing measuring cups/spoons, but it otherwise had everything I needed to cook.
The pool was not clean and, contrary to the listing, there was no working heater. While the manager sent someone on Wednesday to clean it, it was obvious by Friday morning that the filter was not pumping properly and there was no filtration in the pool. When I notified the owner and manager that the pool was not pumping properly, they doubted my statements and didn’t send anyone until I insisted and insisted (and not for more than 24 hours). When the pool guy came, he confirmed the pool was not working.
The lanai is also missing screening so we had a lot of mosquitos (particularly since the pool was still).
