"Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable. One thing note that there's no grills and oven only microwave/electric kettle/coffee maker so you cannot cook except microwave meals or warm it up. "We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is. "great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. Main bed was comfortable according to my roommate. Did have a washing machine which was great though I didn't need to use it for the night we were there. "

"There were some cosmetic things that needed to be done like the hallway before you entered the apartment needed to be patched up because in the ceiling there was a hole in it . And one of the bathrooms after someone used the Toliet it left a bad smell and the address when trying to find the apartment the first time took us to the wrong place until I had to contact the landlord to get the address overall the place was nice and had a nice view"
