Weit weg vom Traumurlaub
Ich schreibe selten Bewertungen & diejenigen, die ich zum Lesen bekomme, sind oft wenig aussagekräftig & oberflächlich. So war auch der Reinigungszustand des Appartements: überall Spinnweben, außer ein paar Vorhängen, einem Kühlschrank & ein wenig weiße Farbe über den Rissen an der Wand hat diese Einrichtung seit den 60er keine Renovierung erfahren. Kaum Steckdosen, unterirdische Beleuchtung, keine Möglichkeit, die Räume mit einem Ventilator abzukühlen… Dann aber wieder dieser große Balkon mit diesem traumhaften Ausblick … Sehr schade, denn die Anlage selbst ist eigentlich wunderschön und perfekt…., Pool,Tennis, Tischtennis, direkter Zugang zum See, Bootsanlegestelle, viele Schattenplätze, 500 m zum Supermarkt (Tante Emma Style) 14 km nach Como und 18 nach Bellagio, Bushaltestelle in Spukweite & man wohnt direkt gegenüber dem 1,9 km entfernten Anwesen eines berühmten amerikanischen Schauspielers (G.C.). Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Pubertiere), Ein Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum 2 Einzelbetten. Tisch & Stühle haben wir zusätzlich auf den Balkon gestellt, damit war ausreichend Platz beim Frühstücken…. Das in der Anlage befindliche Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht, befremdlich, wenn in einer Woche keine 10 Besucher dort Platz nehmen, aber dass muss jeder selbst ausprobieren. Kurzum: Wohnen dickes Minus, die Anlage & der Aussenbereich dickes Plus. Zum Verweilen und Erkunden des Lago di Como durchaus geeignet, aber für die Qualität viel zu teuer.

You need to be fit to stay here
I was told by other review that you needed to use large stairs to go up, even though there was an elevator. Yeah right the elevator did go as far as half way up. So don't visit the place if you have troubles goein up the stairs, it's killing. Above that it's a bit old fashioned, that doesn't have to be a problem. But the lack of minimal services such as dishwashing products and the lack of normal comforters disapointed us. Especially because we send a message during the first day of our stay to Patrizzia and neve got an answer
