"Amazing place and very nice people"

"What I liked: Beautiful sorroundings, view and charming place, great food. Great spa and pool facilities. What I did not like: Within a 2 week in advance, I requested a change of my original itinerary due to safety issues in our trip, however my request was denied by the property owners, accordin to Expedia. "Great place to stay near Florence. Very near and convenient if you need to be in Grassina. Good transportation by bus to Florence, but is ideal if you have a car to move around the beautiful Tuscany region. Breakfast is very good, and the staff couldn't be better hosts. Comfortable and clean rooms."

"Beautiful place, extremely clean, fantastic breakfast. Had trouble getting a taxi the hotel owner provided a free ride for us to go to town, nearby market and restaurant. We were extremely happy with everything. Also a nice walking trail by a beautiful lake"

"What an amazing surprise! The town had so much history that I even called my daughter and sent her pics to see if we could shoot a video/movie there. The owners were an amazing couple who did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The dining experience was very high end with a menu that would make any foodie truly happy. "Appena arrivati ci hanno accolto con un bicchiere di prosecco nel patio e ci hanno anche omaggiato di un upgrade di camera. Vista la stagione la piscina era ancora chiusa ma il prato curatissimo con fiori che crescevano qua e la e un profumo di campagna veramente memorabile. La camera è bellissima con una doccia in marmo molto grande ed il letto molto comodo. La sera abbiamo mangiato all'interno della Villa, sembrava una favola! La mattina dopo abbiamo fatto una cooking class e siamo partiti!...

"Fantastic property that is immaculately finished. From the moment of driving up to it via the main road and seeing the building on the hillside to stepping inside there is a wow factor. Rooms were clean and comfortable, some with lovely new bathrooms. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and quality ingredients. Only issue was the noise from the apartment above the next morning but all in all a lovely property"
