"We loved our stay at Holiday Inn. Reception was kind and helpful and efficient. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of different options, which was nice since we were there five days. Everything was delicious. We paid for parking. It was expensive, but we were here during the festival and we didn’t want to fight for parking-so we thought it was worth it. Walking distance to the island which was were we did a lot of exploring, so a great location. I would definitely choose to stay here again."

I had to look for the receipt in the app and pass this on. No harm - this is what happens - but I was surprised that this even happened. First time in more than 10 years I have experienced this. Suggest Hotels.com check up with the hotel on this so that it does not happen to the next guest paying via Hotels.com. "
