You travel with your family and like to have "plenty" of space to live. Then we would have a beautifully designed and tastefully furnished holiday home (170 m2) in Pörtschach am Wörthersee for you. With its own garden - for everyone who likes to be alone and who appreciates a quiet place in the immediate vicinity of the "most famous bathtub in Austria". Open all year!
What awaits you in the SMALL GARDEN VILLA: Relax in the large living room, cook together in the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher; Nespresso coffee machine); dream wonderfully in 2 double rooms and a children's room (separate beds) on the 1st Floor. Walk-in wardrobe.
an additional bed (for the 7th Person) possible on request.

Bathrooms: shower / toilet on the ground floor. Large bathroom with bathtub and double sink and washing machine on the 1st Floor. WC extra.

Baby on board? We are happy to provide a cot, high chair, free of charge.

There's something outside: a cozy terrace with chairs and loungers with parasols. You can have a barbecue in the wonderful garden.

You want to travel with a pet: a dog would be possible on request. However, we ask for your understanding that bathing with dogs is only allowed in some places in Lake Wörthersee - we will be happy to tell you.

2 parking spaces. Small garage to park your bikes safely or to store golf packs.

A newly designed bathing beach for shared use is only a 10-minute walk away - with a lake terrace, pavilion and sun platform.

Tolles Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Gemütliches, prima ausgestattetes Haus, top Lage, es fehlte uns an nichts! Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Privatsteg, den wir gut genutzt haben. Alles in allem rundum gelungen und ein absolut empfehlenswertes Fleckchen Erde.

Sehr nettes Haus
Sehr sauberes, hervorragend eingerichtetes Haus mit extrem netter Wirtin. Leider liegt das Haus in einer nicht sehr ansehnlichen, aber dafür ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Umgebung ist schön. Allerdings (das hätte man sicher durch vorherige Recherche schon wissen können) ist das Ufer des Sees praktisch vollständig in privater Hand. Insoweit ist es gut, dass man über die Wirtin eine Badestelle (sehr schön) zur Verfügung hat.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Der Weg zum Wasser war auch unbeschwerlich. Nur Schade, dass wir das Kanu nicht hinter dem Bootshaus oder am Steg ablegen durften. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Vielen Dank an Familie Wunder.

Das Ferienhaus war einfach toll ! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Kommen gern auch mal im Sommer.
Wir haben im Februar 2019 das tolle Ferienhaus gebucht. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Auch der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns alles super erklärt. Es war im Haus alles vorhanden, sogar Toi-papier,Küchenrolle,Fit usw. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder. Im Sommer ist es sicherlich auch sehr toll, da direkt am Wörthersee eine Badeplattform ist zur Privatnutzung. Ein toller gelungener Urlaub. Viele liebe Grüsse an Familie Wunder

Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen mit schönem Garten
gute Lage, man ist etwas außerhalb und trotzdem gleich im Ort. Wunderschöner sonniger Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit. Der hauseigene Badestrand ist ein Traum nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Tretboot kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt es ist alles da (Geschirrspülmittel, Tabs, Salz, Pfeffer, Küchenrolle, Geschirrtücher ...) und sollte was fehlen ist Familie Wunder sehr hilfsbereit und besorgt es. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

schöne kleine Villa
Das Haus ist professionell geführt. Es gehört zur Pension Wunder. Alles ist perfekt eingerichtet und gepflegt. Der eigene Badestrand, der zusammen mit den Pensionsgästen genutzt werden kann, ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Da fast alle Strandabschnitte am Wörthersee im Privatbesitz sind, ist das sehr wichtig. Batterie betriebene Boote können dort gemietet werden. Ein Tretboot steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Badestrand liegt allerdings direkt an der Hauptstraße, sodass der Verkehrslärm stört. Auch die kleine Nebenstraße, an der das Haus liegt, wird bereits ab 6 Uhr in der Früh stark befahren. Uns hat es nicht wesentlich gestört. Wer da empfindlich ist und es ganz ruhig haben will, ist in der ruhig und schön gelegenen Pension der Vermieter oben am Berg vielleicht besser aufgehoben. Wir werden bei passender Gelegenheit wiederkommen.
