Possenhofen is a dream on Lake Starnberg. Our carriage house (with 3 guest apartments) is only 200 m from the S-Bahn station and 100 m from the lake. The rooms were completed in 2016 with modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens. They have a solid oak floor and are furnished with comfortable designer beds and vintage furniture from all over the world. More information can be found here: remisepossenhofen (Punkt) com
Katrein says "one of the three most beautiful rooms in the coach house". The forest room is the quietest room in the house. All in sage green. A small kitchen block with sink, refrigerator and induction hob also serves as a dining and work space. The beautiful Tölzer farmer's cabinet from Gregor's grandmother is waiting for your laundry. And for the inspired there is an Isabella typewriter from the 60s with lots of paper and fresh ribbon.

The coach house was built in 1890 as a horse stable and carriage house for the "Villa Fischer". In coordination with the protection of historical monuments, we completely renovated the building in 2016 and expanded three holiday apartments. The lake room is on the ground floor. Mountain and forest rooms can be reached via the external stairs and are located on the upper floor. They have a common anteroom and can also be rented as a unit. The lake room has its own south-facing terrace. For the mountain and forest room there is a beautiful gravel courtyard in front of the coach house, which invites you to sit outside.
When renovating the coach house, three issues were particularly important to us: design, comfort and ecology. All rooms are equipped with solid oak floors from local trees and furnished with comfortable designer beds and vintage furniture from all over the world. The walls are painted with Little Greene water-based paints. In the modern bathrooms you will find eco-soaps and shampoos from "Stop The Water While Using Me". And of course the beds are covered with cozy, organic cotton laundry.
