"Hotel complex is nice, with half of the rooms freshly renovated and other half not. Rooms are priced the same, so you can get unlucky and stay in the old part. I stayed in a very busy period so it was sold out. If at full capacity there is waiting line to get a table for breakfast. When it's not completely full, it's a great hotel for a good value with great amenities."

"This property sits above the commercial center, so your view of the lake is over the parking lot and roof. The lake side rooms are above the loading area for your buses. The main road is very busy into the evening."

"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional.
