"The villa is super clean with all the comforts of home! Bedding and linen as good as a 5* hotel. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook anything. The hotel is a major disappointment. Bad service. Rooms are sampler than advertised. Room level was downgraded without compensation. The air conditioning did not work until a serviceman worked on it. Dinner was super crowded and did not taste good.
