Gorgeous Lake House close2 Kalahari/Pocono/Ski

The perfect getaway for all seasons in! This Gorgeous Lake House is only few seconds walk to Lake. We have fire pit right at our private backyard and BBQ grill. The house can accommodate up to 16 guests including a game room for you to entertain. We are centrally located to grocery shopping, restaurants and all Pocono attractions such as nearby outdoor pool, largest indoor Kalahari waterpark, golf, horseback riding, skiing, snow tubing, hiking, casino and outlet shopping and etc...

*** Due to Covid-19, we welcome any reservations based on premise of their own risk. The house are professionally cleaned and sanitized following CDC guidelines after each and every booking.

A lovely 5 bedroom, 3-bathroom 2000 sq. ft. house (finished by a professional interior decorator) in a pristine woodland setting, just steps away from a private beach and outdoor pool.

The outdoor pool is on Scotch Pine ($5.00 per person for Pool ticket and to use the lake/beach front area.)

1st Bedroom: A master bedroom with a King-sized bed and a full bathroom
2nd Bedroom: Furnished with 2 bunkbeds full over twin
3rd Bedroom: Furnished with 1 King-sized bed
4th Bedroom: Furnished with 2 Queen-sized bed
5th Bedroom: Furnished with 1 King-sized bed
(Total 9 Beds for 16 people)

The luxurious living room opens out onto the most amazing natural surroundings, creating a brilliant space for evening entertaining. Admire the beautiful lush scenery through the grand windows while cozying up near the fireplace.

A large Modern kitchen (fully equipped with all brand new stainless steel appliances) adjoins a fabulous dining area, complete with yet another spectacular view of the surrounding natural beauty. Have fun and entertain at our games room including board games, table tennis(Ping Pong), and table football.

A sparkling new full sized bathroom completes the interior.

Outside, a breezeway leads to plenty of room for four vehicles outside if needed.

In addition to all the natural splendor, there are a host of premium outlet stores just a short drive away, (The Crossings) ideal for a bit of retail therapy.

This is a home that allows you to enjoy this truly beautiful setting and everything it has to offer in comfort and style, whether enjoying the Games Room, the natural wonder of the deck or cozying up by the roaring fire in the living room, it’s a real home from home that will make your trip an unforgettable one.

• Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am- please be courteous to nearby neighbors and not be loud outdoor and late at night.
• Family and guests/friends of family only. NO PARTIES or events please.
• Please turn all lights off, turn all heat to 55 degrees during winter, close all window/doors, turn off the AC in the summer time, and unplug all kitchen appliances upon checking out.
• Please take off your shoes in the house.
•Please bring beach chairs and beach towels if you’re planning to use pool or lake front beach area.
• Please do not use bath towels/linens outdoor as they become soiled and extremely hard to clean.
• For the courtesy of Garbage. Please throw garbage to trash bin “county waste” by the garage door. Please separate trash individually and recycle.
• Please tidy up any remaining food waste/garbage to prevent foul smell from developing and place in garbage bin by the garage upon checking out and close the lid to prevent animals from trash.
• Please kindly treat this home with respect
• Guests are responsible to clean the grill before and after use if you want to use the grill
•Sorry there's no propane gas tank and long lighter with fuels and rental in the premise. You may be able to get one from near by Walmart, Lowes, or Supermarket, just ask for standard propane filled gas tank.
• Please bring your own firewood if you are planning to use the fireplace or fire-pit. You can also get it from nearby Walmart about 5 minutes drive
• Please note that hot water is limited due to size of the hot water tank and I suggest avoid taking shower continuously to prevent inadequate hot water supply.
•Driveway of the house can only park 4-6 cars depending on the size of the cars.
•Please **DO NOT PARK CARS ON THE STREET**, otherwise will get ticket or tow away
• Please *DO NOT WALK on neighbor’s lawn area or property to avoid fines.
• ***Absolutely NO ALCOHOL & SMOKING at the community Lake or Pool. Otherwise, you will get FINE.

• Coffee Machine, Toaster, Microwave, Washer/Dryer Machine,Iron/Ironing Board, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher.

There is a outdoor pool on Scotch Pine. All Guests have access to use with the pass.(Upon Checking in, you must pick up the passes at the clubhouse) You may also swim in the Lake or the beach area. There's also floating and bbq grill in the area.

If you want to use the community amenities, you are required to fill the registration form and pay $75 to the community office. Activity passes for accessing the community amenities(pool,lake/beach front area,basketball courts and kids playground) are available for purchase at additional $5 per person per day at the office.

Tues- Sat 8am-4pm
(Closed for lunch 12:30pm-1:30pm)

Please let me know if you like to pre-register. Pool and Lake/Beach area are open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend weather permitting. Water activities at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

2020 Pool/Lake Rules:
-NO Alcohol
-NO Smoking
-NO Running, jumping,throwing people or object in the pool
-Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by parents
-Disorderly Groups will be escorted from the pool
-6 Feet Social Distancing is required
-Mask must be worn if not in the pool
-The Pool cannot exceed 25 people at one time
-Each people is entitled to 4 hours of pool time, after which you will be asked to leave.
-You may be asked to exit pool so staff can sanitize the area
-You must bring your own pool chairs and pool towels
-If you bring your own floaty, for everyone’s safety, do not share with with everyone

Bare in mind that the house and the nearby area are on a higher elevation and it gets colder at night. Dress warm and bring extra clothing.

The house is stocked with one roll of paper towel and three roll of toilet paper. Please remember to pick up more from the nearby supermarkets when you’re doing your shopping if you are thinking about spending more time inside the house.

The cleaning crew does not clean the outdoor bbq grill thus please pardon the appearance if the previous guests have left it in a messy condition.
