One for swimming (front lake), one for fishing and boating (back lake).
PA fishing license is a must and you must bring your own boat/canoe, kayak. Parking is by the back lake.

This serene 1500 sq ft house is a private peaceful place to get away. It has a warm, inviting, relaxed feel that makes you want to kick off your shoes at the end of the day and curl up with a glass of wine or whatever suits your taste.
This wonderful furnished rental includes all utilities. It has everything you need. Kitchen has granite counters, wood floors and professional stainless steel appliances.
Both bathrooms have updated fixtures wall to wall travertine shower and master bathroom has whirlpool jacuzzi corner tub. All bedrooms have queen size beds.
There is a large, landscaped back yard with patio, 4 person size Dry/Wet spa Barrel Sauna, Hot Tub, Firepit, BBQ with Ice Chest on wheels, Darts Board and 4 Bicycles you welcome to use.
The open concept kitchen living area is perfect for relaxing, conversing, playing games/pool table or watching TV/Movies. The 50" Smart TV (HDTV) has Netflix (prepaid) and YouTube build in, but NO cable TV.
The adjoining kitchen/dining area has everything you need for 'eating-in'. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and a microwave. Small appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker and electric teapot are available.
For added convenience, there's a full laundry with a stacked washer/dryer as well as an ironing board and iron.

This unique house is a perfect getaway destination for short-term or long-term stays, for business or pleasure.

Parking fits 4 vehicles in the front of the house.
No cars can be parked on the roads - subject to towing.
If you have more than 4 vehicles please let us know and we'll provide additional parking.

Relaxing Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great. Super cozy and so clean and inviting. Loved using the hot tub and we were able to relax and catch up in peace and quiet. I would highly recommend this for a nice little getaway.

Fun Stay
We stayed over during the 4 July weekend, and had a very enjoyable stay. The property was the same as advertised and the owners were very responsive to any questions or issues we had. We made particular use of the garden bbq and fire-pit which were excellently maintained, though you need to bring your own wood for the fire pit. The hot-tub was also great fun and we would have also used the sauna had it been Winter. One observation is that there could have been more light in the kitchen but overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back and recommend to others

Girls weekend
We had a wonderful stay in this house. It was everything as described. When I had a question before we came. The owner got right back to me. I had asked the owner if she knew of any place for a manicure and pedicure also for some good restaurants she took the time to look some up for me and sent me the names that was very nice of her. The hot tub and sauna was awesome we also enjoyed playing pool. We would definitely come back again.

Spring Break Getaway
Our family throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean, check in was easy, and owners were very responsive when we had questions. We loved the hot tub and privacy of the backyard. The location was great, close to the grocery store, many restaurants, and the highway. Our only complaints if we had to complain would be that the beds were small, more like full size not queen and the directions we were sent for the hot tub were not accurate and we had to contact the host for help. The hosts were very responsive and overall our stay was great!

Perfect couple of days…
Took my kids to Poco o Summit to get away for a few days during the Christmas break. House was great. Kids loved the pool table, hot tub and sauna. We were close to restaurants and attractions like Aquatopia and Kalahari. Most importantly the kitchen was stocked and made cooking easy and fun. Would recommend to anyone.

Great week in the Poconos
We had a wonderful week in the Poconos! The yard being fenced in was especially great with littles! They loved the swing set and playing volleyball. We all enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The place had everything we needed and was great for two families!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the sauna and jacuzzi, which were the perfect way to unwind after a long week. Wonderful Stay
I have never been to a cleaner rental, Eva's place is such a treat! Besides being incredibly clean, there is SO much fun to be had at the house! We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, outdoor firepit, pool table, and made delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen! Wish we would've had time for the karaoke! Eva is incredibly responsive to messages, and answers any questions quickly. She has a thoughtful book of local places to check out, that we used to find neat day trip ideas! The neighborhood is so picturesque, as well. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. I have never found a rental that we enjoyed as much as this one, I hope we have a chance to come back to enjoy it again! Thank you Eva!

Amazing house in the Poconos
Me and my friends had a great experience at the house and enjoyed all it had to offer. Eva was very accommodating and even went the extra mile to help us after we had left something in the house by accident. Cozy rambler convenient to attractions
Enjoyed our summer vacation in the Poconos. Very nicely decorated home that was a good size for our family of 4. Owners did a great job of having games and activities and really enjoyed the large backyard. Only things we would have liked was cable tv and a nicer pool or swimming option but we did find a state park (Tobyhanna) that was 20 minutes away with a great beach, fishing and boating area.

Great house with big backyard and lots of activities
Very nice house for a family to stay! We were looking for a big fenced backyard with grass for our kids to run around with no worries. The description of the house in the listing is accurate, so we got exactly what we were looking for. The backyard is big and there are a lot of activities such as volleyball, badminton, darts, including a sauna and including activities for kids(there is a little playground with a swing, slide, and sandbox). There is also billiard inside the house and ping -pong. And if you like bike riding, there are a few bikes available and there is a very nice road which goes around the lake, so you can explore nature. :) Nice location of the house, close to the grocery store and walmart in case you need to buy something. The owner is very friendly and responsive!!! Overall we enjoyed the stay!

The place was meticulously clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and sofa were very comfortable. All updated smart TV's and a plethora of video and board games. This place was perfectly decorated and the owner also left a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and glasses on the table. It was very hard to leave which is why I asked for a late check out. The owner graciously accommodated us. This place is well worth the price. I will definitely be returning. Wonderful home - a true gem!
This house is beautifully decorated, very clean and fully stocked. We had a wonderful weekend getaway and really enjoyed our time in this home. There was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Large backyard and tons of entertainment in the home. The beds were very comfortable and linens were nice quality. Kitchen has everything you would need for a nice vacation. Great choice for a stay in the Poconos. Owner was extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with. The info book was a great touch that made it very easy to navigate the house and area. As an owner that rents a property, this place is highly recommended!!
