Welcome to The Enchanted House, a breathtaking home straight out of your favorite Harry Potter tales. This fully-furnished, spellbinding retreat is not just a house—it's an immersive experience that will transport you into the heart of the Wizarding World.
Our fully fenced in back yard is a haven of enchantment and leisure, offering a wealth of delightful experiences for wizards of all ages.
In the heart of the back yard lies a covered hot tub.
Nearby, discover a cedar barrel sauna, enchanted to offer both wet and dry heat, perfect for relaxing after a day spent in muggle world.
The patio is a charming gathering spot, with comfortable seating where you can enjoy a hearty meal.
A gas BBQ grill stands ready for a feast, and a large, wheeled cooler keeps your "potions" cool and refreshing.
For the younger wizards, we have a swing set, and a charming mini golf course. The hammock, swaying gently in the breeze, offers a perfect spot to relax.
Take a ride on one of our four bicycles, enchanted for a smooth journey around the nearby lakes and lush greenery.
For our littlest and most important guests, there’s a kiddie pool (perfect for summer days), and an assortment of toys for them to enjoy, whether they’re playing Quidditch or pretending to cast spells.
THE SPACE
The wizarding house is one level (ranch house) with 4 magical bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, AND open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, and game room filled with charm and enchantment.
There are 3 steps to enter the house through the majestic main entrance as well as 2 steps to enter the enchanted yard through the back patio door.
Our magical KITCHEN has granite counters, custom decorated enchanted kitchen cabinets, wood floors, and professional stainless-steel appliances.
It is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, and wide range of utensils making meal preparation as magical as the meals themselves.
Available large and small appliances include electric range oven with stove top, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, regular drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press coffee maker, electric kettle, regular stove top kettle, toaster, waffle maker, blender, slow cooker, handheld mixer, and personal Magic Bullet blender for smoothie's lovers and magic makers.
Our central island area offers 3 bar stools and plenty of workspace for food preparation as well as open floor views perfect for conversing, family gatherings, and enchanted memories making.
Our adjoining DINING ROOM area provides a majestic dining table (6-8 wizards seating), ready for feasts with family and friends, surrounded by moving portraits of legendary witches and wizards who seem to watch over every meal.
BEDROOMS
Hufflepuff Master Bedroom - warm and welcoming, this suite features earthy tones, cozy furnishings, and a touch of magical nature. It's the perfect place to relax and restore your magic after a day of adventure.
Enchanted with a brand-new KING size bed and mattress, 42" smart TV, and IN-SUITE BATHROOM the Hufflepuff Bedroom offers comfort, convenience, and a sense of peace.
The Gryffindor Bedroom – This room is a true reflection of bravery, courage, and bold ambition. With deep red and gold tones and a brand-new luxurious queen size bed and mattress, you’ll feel like a hero at the center of every adventure.
The Ravenclaw Bedroom – This room is a retreat for those who prize intellect and wisdom. With deep blue and bronze tones and a brand-new luxurious queen size bed and mattress, it's designed to encourage intellectual curiosity and creativity.
The Slytherin Bedroom – This room is the perfect place to relax and strategize your next move in life. With deep green and silver tones, and a brand-new luxurious queen size bed and mattress, you will embrace your cunning side in a room designed to reflect ambition and power.
BATHROOMS
In-suite bathroom to master bedroom with corner whirlpool jacuzzi, handheld shower, travertine tiles, and enchanted custom vanity cabinet.
Second bathroom is located in the hallway and set up with a shower, wall to wall travertine tiles, and whimsical custom vanity cabinet.
LAUNDRY ROOM
For added convenience, there's a full laundry with a stacked washer/dryer as well as an ironing board and iron.
GAME ROOM
Within the heart of the enchanted house, you'll find a variety of magical activities to keep every wizard and witch entertained, no matter their age or skill level.
For a bit of friendly competition, the pool table, which can be easily converted into a ping-pong table, awaits your next match.
Should you prefer a more strategic challenge, the chess table is set up with a delightful set of enchanted pieces.
For those who enjoy a bit of music and merrymaking, the Karaoke machine offers a chance to belt out your favorite tunes.
And if you're in the mood for classic entertainment, the board games await—each enchanted to ensure hours of fun and laughter.
Need to unwind after a busy day of magical study? The house features four Smart TVs, each ready to stream your favorite shows or magical films (perhaps even a few muggle classics from Netflix, should you wish to experience the muggle world).
And with Wi-Fi available throughout the manor, you can stay connected to the wider world of wizarding (or simply binge-watch your favorite series in peace).

IMPORTANT NOTICES
1. We are fully licensed by our township AND community and as such we must adhere to their strict licensing rules and requirements.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests including all children at all times on the premises.
2. Located in a community that REQUIRES GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH OUR SECURITY (names of all guests, age, and vehicle information must be provided).
3. Full access to amenities available within the community - REGISTRATION IS A MUST TO USE THE POOL AND LAKES.
Pool has a $5 fee per person per day charged by the HOA (not the host). Lakes are free.
2 lakes within the community.
Front Lake for swimming. Back Lake for fishing and boating.
PA fishing license required & you must bring your own boat/canoe, kayak. Parking is by the back lake.
4. Designated parking area fits 4 vehicles in the front of the house. NO cars can be parked on the roads - subject to towing at own expense!! If you have more than 4 vehicles please let us know and we'll provide additional parking.
5. The property is monitored via outdoor camera system to ensure all rules are followed and respected:
- accurate occupancy - maximum occupancy
- no CATS!! No exceptions!!
- no fireworks, subject to very high penalties by security
- quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am, subject to penalties by security
- no "day-guests/visitors" on the premises; our amenities and activities are for registered guests only AND the maximum occupancy applies for all guests on the premises at all times!
6. A request to re-confirm all basic rules will be sent to all guests AND a response required including instant bookings.
A breach of any of the basic rules would be a ground for immediate termination of the reservation with no refund!
7. There is one (1) camera monitoring our parking area and entrance to the house. It is mounted on the front of the house.
No additional cameras indoor or anywhere else on the premises including our back yard as we value our guests' privacy.
8. Tempering with the camera and/or Wi-Fi system is not allowed and would be considered grounds for immediate termination of the reservation with no refunds issued.
9. Additionally, as we are located in the beautiful Pocono mountains, there might be occasional 'burn ban/fire ban' in effect to protect public safety and the environment. These are rare but completely out of our control and as such, no refunds will be issued IF a burn ban/fire ban is in effect and the fire pit cannot be used.
10. Finally, as we are located in the mountains and all power lines/utility lines are above the ground, occasionally there might be loss of power and/or internet due to weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances. As these are completely out of our control, no refunds will be issued in case of loss of power or internet service.
