Our year-round beach house offers an unparalleled experience. Multiple outdoor spaces overlook the ocean, and the air is filled with the inviting scent of coastal living. The private beach access, combined with the fact that the street is a quiet, dead-end road, creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxation, family time, or gathering with friends.

Whether planning a girls’ weekend, a family getaway, a romantic retreat, or need a place for friends and family during a local wedding, this home offers something for everyone. Living Spaces
The first floor boasts an open-concept layout with a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living area. Enjoy ocean views through the front windows, or step through the sliding doors to the back patio. We’ve recently added a stunning 4-season sunroom—an ideal space for enjoying the sunrise or sunset, surrounded by coastal ambiance. Large windows bring the outdoors in, allowing you to feel the sea breeze even while indoors.

For entertainment, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi, a 55-inch TV with many streaming options, and various board games. Subtle nautical touches throughout the home reflect the coastal spirit. The kitchen is a true highlight: cook, bake, and entertain in style with upgraded countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island designed for gathering. Wine lovers will appreciate the built-in wine cooler in the center island, and the separate bar area, complete with a new sea-glass tile backsplash, is perfect for crafting cocktails.

The first floor also includes a beautifully renovated half bath with unique tilework and an enclosed outdoor shower, available from April through October. The shower offers both hot and cold water with excellent pressure.

Bedrooms & Comfort
The second floor features the master bedroom with stunning ocean views. Sliding doors lead directly to a renovated deck where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail while soaking in the breathtaking view. This spacious room also includes a TV, and a new hybrid mattress with an adjustable frame for ultimate comfort when reading or watching TV.

Two additional bedrooms on the second floor provide ample space for your group. One bedroom offers a full bed with a trundle, and the other has a queen bed, ensuring there’s plenty of room for everyone. The finished basement includes a full pullout couch, a TV, and space to stretch out. A washer and dryer, an ironing board, and a clothes steamer are also available, along with an extra freezer for your convenience.

Outdoor Living
Outdoor living is just as abundant as the interior. Enjoy the back patio with a propane firepit, or relax on one of the two decks off the front of the house. For grilling enthusiasts, there’s a Weber grill, and for music lovers, a Sonos system provides surround sound both inside and outside. Central air conditioning ensures comfort on hot summer nights, while a new heating system keeps the house cozy in cooler months.

We Love this House!
We've been coming up to Plymouth/Cape for years. Nothing beats the privacy and tranquility of Manomet Beach and this beautiful home on a beautiful block, with views of Cape Cod Bay is literally across the street from beach access. We love everything about this house inside and out. The new sunroom is perfect for reading or morning coffee. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked through the door and was able to soak in the relaxing beach life experience.

Great Family Vacation on Manomet Beach
Our family had a great vacation!!! The house is so warm and charming with great views that the pictures don't quite do justice. We've been going to the Cape area for many years and nothing can beat the quiet tranquility and ease of private beach access to Manomet Beach. The water is calm and clear and during low tide you can wade out very far and still be in waist deep water..ideal for young kids. Pia is a friendly and welcoming host! Hope to be back next year!

Beachside oasis
Everything you want in a rental! Clean, comfy, beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach. The porch off the master is the perfect place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or star gaze with a glass of wine. Definitely will rent again!

We couldn’t have asked for anything more!! Pia had every detail covered- we brought clothes and groceries and she took are of everything else!!! The house was beautiful and spotless and had every modern detail we could have asked for. My kids are already asking if we can come back next summer.- and I hope that we can!

It is truly a stunning beach house
The property in plymouth was fabulous. It had everything we needed and the owner was very accessible and friendly. It is so well maintained and we enjoyed every moment of our stay on the beach. It is very easy to get to and the beach is readily accessible . The backyard is beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed our evenings enjoying the fire pit and grill. Everything from kitchen items to bed linens is so well prepared. It is a latchkey situation. Just come on in and enjoy your stay. The master bath has an extraordinary shower. The master bedroom accesses the lengthy front deck that overlooks the ocean and at night, you have extraordinary views. It was so helpful for us to know that we could relax from the start of our vacation till the close of the door at the end of our stay.

Great stay with kids, beautiful updated house with everything you could possible need
My husband and I, and three kids aged 12, 10, and 7 stayed for the week. The owner Pia responded very quickly to a minor question I had and was very friendly. There's a grocery store, ice cream, pizza place, restaurants, Dunkins, and liquor store all close to each other a three minute ride up the street. If you forget anything (like I did) it's no problem to make a quick trip. It was great not to have to pack much. Brand new beach chairs, toys, bedding, towels, etc... were great to have there already. Beds were all super comfy. Kitchen and bar area fully stocked with anything you could need. Beautiful grill and fire pit were also simple to use and made being outside so relaxing. So was the outdoor shower. Very few bugs outside which was great too. Backyard is very secluded and quiet. Sonos music was easy to set up and use. Across the street is the stairs to the beach which was a bit intimidating at first because there's a lot of them. But there's another spot to enter the beach six or so houses down the street to the right and almost walk right on. Some areas are a bit rocky but plenty of other perfect spots. Kids loved playing with the crabs. It's not crowded at all. Overall a great stay in a great spot!

The property was very nice and located on a private beach, close to downtown Plymouth
The home was set up with all the comforts of home you need for a relaxing vacation to Plymouth Massachusetts,and within short distance to Cape Cod and Boston. You can just hang, and relax at the beach house or venture out to see many great places along the Massachusetts coastline and all of New England. The owner Pia was absolutely great and her vacation home is well worth a trip to Plymouth MA. I would definitely rent this home again! W.Burns

We had a great time for a girls weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. Pia was easy to work with and we really enjoyed spending time at the house. The view from the upper deck is gorgeous and a great place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon refreshments. The fire put in the backyard was very nice to hang out by and visit together. We had fun listening to music on the sonos system. We love how secluded we felt at the house but how close it was to our activities as well as good restaurants. We will be back for sure!!

Beautiful Spot!!
We stayed in this beautiful home in early April. We lucked out with warm weather and mostly sun for a long weekend. The location is very easy to get to and also very convenient to lots of local shopping and restaurants! The layout of the home is perfect for a group where everyone can be together. The neighborhood is very relaxing and quiet. The views of the beach are fantastic from the front porch and the second level deck. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach finding various treasures and take in the amazing views. We were all in love with Pia's beach themed interior design. There is a lot of thought and love that went into the design of the home and it really shows! We found Pia amazing to work with as we had a few questions when we arrived. She is very responsive and even checked back in with us a few times to make sure we were all enjoying ourselves. We very much appreciated your hospitality and thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Pia! We will most definitely be back!

We were in Plymouth for a family wedding and wanted the comfort of a home instead of being confined to a hotel room. The Manomet beach area is beautiful and the house had everything that you would dream of needing. Our only regret was that we did not have warmer weather and more down time to enjoy the outside firepit!!! Thank you for a wonderful relaxing weekend.
