Propreté passable, ne pas regarder sous les lits ou derrière les meubles ! Les araignées ont élu domicile dans toute la maison ! Électricité précaire digne des années 50 avec des multiprises partout, il faut espérer qu'il n'y ai pas de court-circuit, sinon tout brûle ! Bouteille de gaz vide donc pas d'eau chaude pour se laver, pas de gaz pour cuisiner. Poêle à bois inutilisable car pas ramonné. Etc...etc...le pire : l'odeur d'humidité de renfermé ! Inconcevable de louer en l'etat. Fuyez !

Séjour agréable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Les + : La localisation ( a proximité d'Erquy, Cap Fréhel, etc.. ), la capacité d'accueil du gîte (10 personnes), le jardin magnifique, la literie confortable dans chaque chambre, l'environnement calme, le service (Émilie a été réactive et d'excellents conseils). Les - : Pas de barbecue, le ménage... C'était un peu poussiéreux par endroit, les équipements un peu vieillissants, la table de salon de jardin un peu juste pour 10 😉
