"Very good. Only initial problem with Vrbo was I had to use Spanish to get prices in €s. Otherwise only in $ or £. There wasn’t, or at least I think couldn’t find, an option for Ireland!"

"Very quaint cottage with stunning views from all rear windows. 10 minute drive from shops and 15 minute walk to a super beach. Lots to do in the area but you need either a car,bikes or strong legs to fully appreciate the area."

"I’m not sure I have the words to describe how special this property is! Beautiful setting. Sea (swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, kite surfing), coastal path, sunset views from the rocks behind the house. Short walk to Trebeurden - a handful of lovely bars, restaurants on the sea front, craft market, food market, shops (inc supermarket) inland. Hosts were really helpful, friendly, responsive. Can’t wait to come back!"

Sadly, the Nest did not live up to its description and the owner was less than hospitable. There was no satellite TV. She told us it had broken that week. "My wife and I returned to the Pink Granite Coast after a gap of 20 years. The house was a good base for walking , being close to the GR34 path , the coast , and also to a marked cycling route. Twice we walked directly from the house , and had car free days. The house has a private setting in the grounds of the owners house. It is well equipped . "The garden and the jacuzzi were splendid, also plenty of parking space. Garden furniture (seats and sun umbrella) have had their time, these should be replaced. The main bed room on the ground floor is humid. Bedding feels damp. Also demonstrated by the two seats In the room, these seats made from reed were clearly molted. But that might be because of the building or Bretagne climate. Bathroom is ok, again humid and a bit of molt on the ceiling tiles. Idea to replace the curtain by a door?...

Also one of the rooms had double bed with a single bed, another had double and a sofa bed. Had the rooms been listed as such it would have allowed us to plan sleeping arrangements in advance. "My wife, 2 year old daughter and I all had a fantastic week at the bungalow in Perros Guirec. The open plan living space and garden were perfect for us and safe for our little one to play in, and the spa was a great way to relax after days out at the fantastic nearby beaches, zoos and gardens. Thank you to Laurence also for you help and making us feel very welcome."

"Our young receptionist (jeane fille, tre joile - wish we knew her name) was very professional and welcoming. She personally introduced the main areas of the hotel and locale and escorted us to our room where she explained the facilities. You could not wish for a better reception. The hotel was beautifully decorated. We liked the spa and indoor pool but as we were eating out cannot comment on the food. The hotel would have had spectacular views had the weather been better. A lovely hotel and perfect for visiting le Trestrao"
