Son positionnement permet de le rendre attractif durant des séjours professionnels car en plen centre du département du 22 et à 500m de la 4 voies.
Tout en ouvrant la porte aux séjours loisirs par les plages à proximité et le centre historique de Guingamp.

Il y a également une terrasse, mais qui est en travaux pour le moment et donc inaccessible !
