Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) open alcove with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 cm, without window with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Small patio 20 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
