Ty Peoc'h is a lovely, tastefully renovated house, ideal for entertaining friends and family. It is the perfect place to discover the beaches of Plouguerneau, explore the coastline of the Pays des Abers and enjoy Breton specialties.

This lovely house is a perfect blend of old and new. The house is full of character, updated to the latest colors, and well-equipped; you will enjoy its comfort throughout your stay.

THE HOUSE
The house comprises a spacious entrance hall where you can store your belongings, followed by a large, authentic and comfortable living room, with an open-plan kitchen. A cosy sofa to relax on, and a rough-hewn wooden dining table to host your meals.
The dining room opens onto the terrace, where a table will welcome your lunches in the sun.

The first floor also features a double bedroom, separate toilet and shower room.
The attached garage is ideal for rinsing your feet and storing your gear when you are back from the beach.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms: a double and two children's bedrooms with single beds, and a shower room. Bonus: a TV room with board games.

The bedding is brand new!
There is even wifi at the end of the world! Perfect for getting away from it all without losing your bearings! Telecommuting is possible!

THE GARDEN:
A lovely garden area is available for children to play in.
No neighbors to contend with.

SURROUNDINGS:
The house is a 5-minute walk from Porz Gwen beach or the Grève Blanche. The village of Plouguerneau is 2.5km away.

We will get in touch with you beforehand to help you organize your vacation. We can advise you on all kinds of activities and places to go out (restaurants, cafés, etc.). Would you like to discover the local sights? Find unusual activities, taste seafood! Don't hesitate to ask us for advice!

NB: For your information, cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This includes cleaning and disinfecting the house at the end of your stay. However, you will be asked to clean the house and dispose of your garbage on a daily basis. If this is not the case, we can offer you a complete cleaning service at a cost of €35/hour. Please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements to meet your needs.
