Come and discover this magnificent prestige house with its feet in the water! The garden overlooks the pretty Korejou beach, the view is incredible from every room in the house!

The ground floor is made up of a huge living room. You will find a large fully equipped open kitchen, it even has a Tepaniaky! (Japanese cooking plate). You have a large living room with its large library as well as a comfortable living room, with its ever-present sea view. From this vast room, you have direct access to a large terrace, the large sliding bay windows open wide so that you can live as much inside as outside!
Still on the ground floor, you will find a separate toilet as well as a nice master suite with its dressing room behind the bed, its bathroom with a basin and shower and again this sublime sea view to wake up gently in the morning being pierced by the sea.

The first floor is made up of 2 double bedrooms under the slopes, a separate toilet, a mezzanine to read quietly, a bathroom with a shower and a splendid master suite. This suite consists of a large 160x200 bed with always its sumptuous sea view, its bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower, as well as an office to work remotely. Beware, remote work is not easy due to the 180° sea view from the office!!

The top floor is reserved for the children. You will find a large room with 2 bunk beds as well as an adjoining toilet with a basin. Attention, the beds are only 150cm long, so they are not suitable for adults.

Outside, you have a terrace accessible from the living room as well as a second terrace located at the bottom of the garden. You will be charmed by this terrace because it offers an unobstructed sea view. You will enjoy this terrace to read, have an aperitif or dine while being rocked by the sound of the sea. This terrace is equipped with an Ofyr barbecue.

And to end the visit, an outbuilding is also accessible to you. It contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer, but above all a sauna with its relaxation area! Ideal for relaxing after a long walk or a day of lounging on the beach!
You will also find some paddles that are made available to you for your stay.

In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most touristy places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d\'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of the Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children, you will also find nearby: the récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are located nearby. For golfers, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
