Welcome to Ty Torgennou, the terracotta house with blue shutters, built on a rock on the hill. It's a sprightly house for your seaside holidays.

This pretty house has successfully combined the old with the new. A house of character, you will enjoy its comforts throughout your stay. And its landscaped garden, with 3 terraces, means you can choose your own little corner of tranquillity as the day goes by.

The house comprises a lovely 16m2 bedroom on the ground floor, with a queen-size bed (160x200), a shower room and a bright upstairs living room overlooking the garden.

The kitchen is well equipped for comfortable cooking and storage: filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender, etc.

The house will be prepared for your arrival, the bed will be made and towels provided. All you have to do is put your suitcases down and you're on holiday!

There's even wifi (good speed ADSL) at the end of the world! Perfect for getting away from it all without losing your bearings! Teleworking possible!

THE GARDEN: the espalier garden is laid out with 3 terraces, the first of which can accommodate your lunch outside, the second for relaxing on the deckchair, and the third which benefits from the evening sun, for your aperitifs!

SURROUNDINGS: the house is a 7-minute walk from a white sandy beach. The market town of Plouguerneau with its shops is 2km away.
The GR 34 passes by the beach and is easy to access.
The house is located on the edge of the greenway, which runs from the town to the beaches along footpaths.

You will have noticed that a cleaning fee is included in the rental price. This includes maintenance and disinfection, but not a complete clean. This means that you will be asked to clean the house daily, as well as managing your rubbish. If you do not wish to maintain the house during your stay, you can ask us for an additional cleaning service which will be invoiced to you (35€/h). We understand that you do not wish to take care of these things during your holiday. Please let us know so that we can arrange to meet your needs.
