"We had to pay 260 euro deposit to get key, had to make up own beds & strip afterwards, no towels provided, had to clean & wash floor and make all spotless & have it inspected. Carry used linen to reception before return of deposit, without having been told this when checking in. All this came as unwelcome surprise, anyone thinking of using this "hotel" should be warned. "The house is about 5 mins away from a nice beach and other activities. It has three bedrooms. I think it would be a squash to get 7 people staying despite there being enough bedrooms.
