That double double excuse was absolutely unacceptable… requested a refund from the property owners as they suggested in their announcement. No following response. "

On a eu froid toute la nuit. Lit très dur, et pas de taie pour les oreillers supplémentaires... Pas de télé non plus, et personne pour nous la régler.
