Baradoz - Three Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

We propose you to the rent, on the commune of Ploubazlanec, this charming lodging to 800 meters of the port of Paimpol, on the road of the island of Bréhat, of a surface of 87 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 41 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 500 m² and a terrace of 30 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation of full feet is composed in the following way:
Day space:
- A living room of 41 m² with flat screen TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee maker...
- A storeroom
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: parental, open on the terrace with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: open to the terrace with two single beds (90×200).
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful unenclosed garden of 500 m², facing South.
- A 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and a pergola to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Ploubazlanec, in a very pleasant and quiet environment within a residential area. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Many historical sites nearby: Domaine de La Roche Jagu, Beauport Abbey, Temple of Lanleff, Sillon de Talbert...
- Discover the island of Bréhat and the Seven Islands.
- Sporting activities : you can enjoy the Pink Granite Coast and go hiking on the GR 34 which goes around the Breton coast. For the lovers of water sports, Brittany is the ideal place, boat renting, diving, fishing initiation, walking in the sea (longe côte)...
- Various other activities like horse riding, golf, swimming pool, cinema...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly under the car-port which can accommodate 2 vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Saint-Brieuc airport located about 35 minutes away by car.
- Bus: bus stop 5 minutes away on foot.

Localisation très agréable, dans un quartier très calme à proximité immédiate de Paimpol. Gîte lumineux, bien équipé. Propriétaire accueillante. Jour d'arrivée et durée de séjour flexibles. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Hygiène douteuse et poudre aux yeux
Rapport prestations/prix déplorable. Ménage perfectible, nous avons dû relaver la vaisselle et les assises, grasses et collantes ; sol pas net... Sèche-linge immonde et inutilisable, la propriétaire nous a juste fait savoir qu'il n'avait pas servi depuis début juillet et qu'elle avait elle-même fait la vaisselle, avec une fin de non recevoir, ça en dit long ... Maison neuve mais parfois étrange (ventilations au plafond du séjour et des chambres au lieu de la cuisine et salles d'eau, hotte de la cuisine non raccordée et sans filtres, ...). Équipement et mobilier vieux (attention au dos dans le salon !) ou très bas de gamme, manque de rangements (je n'ai même pas pu défaire mon sac). Jardin impraticable (fleurs de jachère partout), carport itou (le potager qui y est collé empêche de descendre de voiture), salon de jardin tapissé de fientes, ... L'emplacement est par contre très bien, 1/4 d'heure à pied du port par exemple, et la literie correcte, d'où les 2 étoiles. Pour conclure, comme disait le grand Jacques, c'est une location "qu'aimerait bien avoir l'air, mais qu'a pas l'air du tout".

Séjour agréable.
Nous avons passé un agréable sejour. la maison est récente dans un lotissement, agréable, spacieuse, plutôt bien équipée. Les deux salles de bain sont appréciables. Proche des commerces et du port de plaisance, facile d'accès à pied. Hôte agréable et disponible, habitant la maison voisine. Le jardin, en pente, pas de gazon que des fleurs, est non clôturé (dit dans l'annonce). pas d'espace extérieur pour manger à l'ombre.

The place to be !
Ce gite Paimpolais est un exemple du genre. Tout neuf et parfaitement bien exposé et agencé il se situe dans un quartier très calme sur les hauteurs, à deux pas du port 3 minutes en vélo!! Des espaces extérieurs un jardin joliment fleuri complète la prestation pour un bon séjour garanti très agréable! La propriétaire est très sympathique et vous accueille avec une bonne bouteille en cadeau. Délicate attention que nous avons bcp apprécié. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation !!!
