new contemporary single storey house surrounded by a large field.
The outside access as inside is easy for people with reduced mobility, possibility of parking outside the door.
Two large windows overlooking two sunny terraces, a light living area kitchen.
For your comfort, 2 bathrooms, one with sliding door, large shower, toilet surelevé, two basins.
Sleep naturally come in one of three rooms: a bedroom with a bed 160 cm, two bedrooms with two beds 90 cm.
The beds (new bedding quality) will be made upon arrival and towels can be provided.
A full pantry with washer equipment.

We stayed here for a sunny and warm week in late May. This lovely property is just minutes driving distance to the harbour, supermarket and a boulangerie for your freshly baked breakfast croissants and fresh bread. An easy drive to nearby towns of Pont L' Abbe, Quimper and Concarneau all worth a visit. Walks across the fields and around the estuary from the front door. The accommodation has lots of open plan space and has everything you need for your holiday. The south facing patio has furniture for eating outside and sun loungers. One of our party needs a walking frame to get about and found the property ideally suited to her needs. No children in our party but lots of "play things" for the them including a swing in the spacious gardens. The TV reception is good with programmes in French. There is no DVD player so we took one with us, also bring big fluffy bath towels with you if you prefer.

We hebben heel erg genoten van onze week vakantie in dit huis. Alles is er voorzien. En wat een ruimte. Ideaal gelegen om de omgeving te gaan verkennen (ook met de fiets). Een aanrader.

Où est le soleil ?
Il y avait tout pour un beau et bon séjour ! L'accueil sympathique des charmants propriétaires, la magnifique villa presque neuve, conforme à la description, très propre. Un grand parc arboré dans un lieu très calme, habité par des lapins de garenne, des pigeons et un pic-vert. L'intérieur bien aménagé, avec une cuisine spacieuse et tous les ustensiles possibles, des livres pour petits et grands, des jeux pour les enfants. Les chambres spacieuses et des literies confortables. Et au garage, de nombreux vélos pour tous les âges. C'est la première fois que nous trouvons une aussi belle et complète location ! Deux bémols : le soleil était paresseux et ne s'est montré qu'en début de séjour, et les températures un peu fraiches pour la saison ! Mais toute la France était au même régime ...

Viel Platz im und ums das Haus ...
Wir haben und in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist großzügig, komplett und nett eingerichtet und man hat vor allem viel Platz. Wir waren im September in der Nachsaison dort und es war sehr ruhig und wir haben das Singen der Vögel in den Bäumen um den großen Garten bei den Mahlzeiten auf der Terasse genossen. Zum Strand sind es gute 3 km, die wir meist mit den Tretrollern bewältigt haben, aber in der Garage gibt es auch 7 Fahrräder, die man benutzen kann, außerdem einiges an Kinderspielzeug. Der Sonntag als An- und Abreisetag ist etwas ungewöhnlich, aber es ist deutlich weniger Verkehr als an einem Samstag. Wir kommen wieder - vielen Dank an Marie und Paul!

Mooi licht en ruim huis met een heerlijke tuin
Wat een fijn huis met een grote tuin. Altijd een plekje om in de zon of in de schaduw te zitten. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Hosts zijn super vriendelijk en attent.

Très belle location idéale pour sillonner le Finistère Sud
Propriété idéalement située pour visiter la région et à proximité des commerces. Location spacieuse, lumineuse et très bien équipée sur un très grand terrain bien arboré et fleuri. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons apprécié les échanges et les petites attentions à notre arrivée : jolis bouquets, confiture, crêpes .... Le top ! nous recommandons cette location que nous n'oublierons pas.

Schönes alleinstehendes Haus in großem Garten, absolut ruhig, Ausstattung gut. Die Vermieterin leider hektisch und unpersönlich. Aus dem vor der Reise schriftlich per Post zu unterschreibenden Vertrag ging nicht hervor, dass wir das große Haus als alte Leute zwingend gründlich selbst putzen mussten, eine Bezahlung stattdessen wurde barsch abgelehnt. Verständigung schwierig, nur auf unhöflich schnellem Französisch.

Très bon séjour en famille
Vacances avec nos 3 enfants dans cette jolie maison, parfaitement équipée et confortable. Port, plage et commerces à quelques minutes en voiture. L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux avec crêpes, confiture maison et jus de pommes ;-) La région est magnifique, beaucoup de belles découvertes en perspective. En résumé, de très bonnes vacances, n'hésitez pas !

Sehr schönes Objekt zum Erholen
Großzügiges Haus auf sehr großem gepflegten Grundstück. Das Haus war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter war sehr umgänglich und haben uns auch vor dem Urlaub alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Fahrräder waren in gutem Zustand und haben uns gut geholfen.

Vacances familiales entre terre et mer
Située pas loin des côtes et des plages, cette maison est agréable à vivre avec des grands espaces intérieurs (3 chambres et une grande pièce de vie... utiles les jours de pluie) et extérieurs (pour laisser les enfants taper la balle). Il y a des pistes cyclables autour donc la possibilité de laisser la voiture se reposer pour aller à la plage ou aux villes voisines... pour y apprécier crêpes et fruits de mer. Dans l'ensemble, une semaine appréciable au calme ave nos enfants. Mention spéciale pour les crêpes d'accueil, le jus de pomme naturel et la confiture :) Merci à Marie et Paul.
