"This property is in a good location and is a good size. When we walked in the door, it smelled damp. I thought maybe it was unused for a while however keeping the windows open did not help. The bathroom needs a complete remodel to remove dampness issues and to provide more privacy. The owner said he planned to renovate in May. If he does, this will be a great place to stay."

"Great location. We had a marvellous time. Walking distance (for the fit) to many attractions and a very short walk ti metro for those needing a break from walking. Convenient shop just downstairs. Warm place with radiator heating. The apartment was big for the location. Host was very friendly and helpful when requesting an early check in."

"Nice first floor apartment. Communication for checking in was excellent. Location in a neighborhood close to the metro and many food options from restaurants to grocery stores. Very clean. One thing to note key pick up and drop off is a 8-10 min walk away not a huge issue but mildly inconvenient of you have lots of luggage, thankfully we didn't. "

"Location - was great. It was beside a metro station and only took about 30 mins to get into the city. It's difficult to find at night. You need to be there during the day.Safety - I felt extremely safe. Gates and codes to gain access.Cleanliness - It was tidy and surface clean, but it needs a deep clean. Bathroom - adequate size, but they need to supply thicker towels and few more hand towels would be really nice. The towels were spit through. They should remove other peoples soap and shampoo...

Should have been set already considering 4 people staying • Way too much restrictions on TV. Can only watch French...

"This is a very good property with many amenities and appliances. The location is super and shopping including several Boulangeries, Monoprix, and, the Bastille Market (jeudi et dimanche) are nearby. We arrived on a rainy night and the apartment door code did not work. A slight panic after a day of traveling. It took 30 minutes of telephone emails to receive another code. There is no telephone to contact with any issues. The black mold in the bathrooms in several locations and also the mold...
