For a maximum of 4 people. Ancient stone barn transformed into a home, with large fenced garden. Quiet place, overlooking the small medieval village of Breglia and on the edge of the woods.
At the entrance a terrace with a view of the mountains; from the living room there is direct access to the large private garden (1000m2), full of trees, hedges and flowers, completely fenced, with table and chairs for outdoor dining; barbecue.
The view from the windows and the terrace extends over the mountains, the woods and the medieval village of Breglia.

A short stay in late September
Host was fantastic. She made great recommendations for activities and wanted to know if all was okay. When we had an issue with our hire car she provided great advice and support. Thank you Lucia. The property was in good order, the location beautiful and the garden huge and very well kept. All in all i very high recomendation.

Family trip
What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfec for us (two adults and two children). The apartment was immaculate and Lucia was the most helpful, friendly, otlrgabised and informative host. The area is even more beautiful than expected, with great access to all kinds of activities, as well as easy driving to a host of interesting places. We would love to come back some day!

Beautiful Breglia
Our family of four really enjoyed our 6 night stay in Breglia. Lucia was so welcoming, giving us lots of helpful information. Her home is lovely, spotlessly clean with everything you need and a beautiful garden to relax in after a day out. We loved Lake Como and took the day ticket around the middle Lake. The scenery is breathtaking, particularly from Villa Balbianello. We also enjoyed the stunning scenery on the recommended walks from the lovely village of Breglia, especially from the Refuggio Menaggio. A great holiday and Lucia is a tremendous host. Thank you! We would love to return some day!

Lovely huge garden. Breglia is a stunning village. The walks right from the house in all directions are fantastic. Great dog walking for us! We walked up to Rifugio Menaggio one day, and the circular walk around San Domenico is lovely. Lucia was an excellent and very helpful host. Grazie mille!

A fantastic cottage in an absolutely stunning location. It was fantastic to be staying in the lovely quiet village of Breglia with awesome views and lots of lovely walks straight from the door. The cottage was perfect with everything we needed and the owner gave us great suggestions for places to visit and things to do. Lovely large private garden. Wish we could have stayed for longer.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung oberhalb des Comer Sees
Wir verbrachten eine erholsame Woche im Bergdorf Breglia. Im Ferienhaus gibt es zwei Wohnungen. Wir wohnten in der oberen Wohnung "Pervinca". Diese besitzt einen kleinen Balkon auf der Vorderseite mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Berge und einen großen Garten mit Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Lucia war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps zum Wandern in der Umgebung gegeben. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaft schön!
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Breglia. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und mit allen ausgestattet was man als Familie braucht. Auf der Terrasse im Garten haben wir viel entspannte Stunden verbracht. Ein großes Lob geht vor allem an die Gastgeberin Lucia

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt bei Lucia
Wir haben 4 Wochen bei Lucia verbracht und können uns nur immer wieder von ganzem Herzen bei Lucia bedanken! Das Ferienhaus und der Garten sind in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Lucia ist die liebevollste Gastgeberin die wir jemals hatten. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten jederzeit auf Lucia zugehen und sie mit Fragen löchern. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Traumurlaub mit Familie und Hund
Wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Familien, die Ruhe suchen und die Natur lieben. Auch unser Hund ist nicht zu kurz gekommen. Ein sehr großer top gepflegter Garten, der komplett eingezäunt ist, hat seinen Teil dazu beigetragen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach, es hat jedoch nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu kommt die tolle mittelalterliche Atmosphäre des Dorfes und wunderschöne Wanderwege, die teilweise direkt am Haus vorbeiführen. Die Vermieterin Lucia hat uns mit allen notwendigen Infos versorgt für einen entspannten Urlaub und war z.B. ebenfalls behilflich bei einem Reparaturschaden unseres Fahrzeuges. Jederzeit wieder!

Paysage de rêve idéalement placé
Un excellent séjour d'automne dans cette propriété typique idéalement placé sur les hauteurs à 15 min de Menagio. Le temps s'est arrêté dans ce petit village typique de Lombardie ou vous pourrez avoir une vue extraordinaire sur le lac de Come, profiter des randonnées de montagne et de forêt dans un calme apaisant... le tout à quelques minutes des points touristiques du lac. Lucia passionnée de sa région saura vous faire découvrir les lieux principaux, historiques et uniques, tout en restant discrète. Merci Lucia !

Wunderschönerer Sommerurlaub in Breglia
Der Empfang von Lucia war sehr herzlich, die Verständigung erfolgte in englisch! Es ist alles sehr ordentlich und sauber eingerichtet! Die wichtigsten Gegenstände in Küche und Bad sind vorhanden! Ebenso gab es genügend frische Handtücher! Der Strom wird am letzten Tag abgerechnet ( sehr geringe Kosten) . Die Wohnung war an einen wunderschönen Garten angeschlossen, ein Paradies für Jung und Alt! Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaubsort, und eine sehr liebenswerte Vermieterin!

Une magnifique semaine à Breglia !
La maison de Lucia est un havre de paix dans ce charmant petit village qu’est Breglia. L’appartement est très agréable à vivre et bien équipé. Le grand jardin est un endroit idéal pour l'apéritif et la sieste avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes environnantes et le lac de Côme. Lucia est une hôte très attentive au bien-être de ses convives. Elle nous a fournis beaucoup d’informations qui nous ont été tres utiles sur toutes les belles choses à découvrir autour de Breglia (superbes balades sur les sentiers environnants avec des points de vue magnifiques sur le lac) et sur la meilleure façon de découvrir les plus beaux endroits du Lac de Côme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Ruim en schoon appartement, zeer grote mooie tuin!! We verbleven een week hier met onze honden. Lucia, onze gastvrouw gaf ons een warm welkom en daarnaast veel tips en informatie. Je kunt hier rust opzoeken, mooie wandelingen maken of stadjes bezoeken die aan het meer liggen. Betaalbaar restaurant in de buurt, bushalte op loopafstand. Supermarkt op 2 km. Fam. Hermans

Super gîte bien situé à 1/4 d’heure du centre de Mennagio... ideal pour découvrir le lac et la montagne. Nombreux départs de randos / ballade depuis le village. Le gîte dispose d’un très beau jardin bien entretenu et sécurisé... super avec des enfants! Lucia nous à très bien accueilli et s’est montrée très disponible et de bon conseil... A bientot Estelle

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer!
Wir haben eine Woche Familienurlaub in Lucias Haus verbracht und können es wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Wir sind fünf Erwachsene und hatten die größere der beiden im Haus befindlichen Wohnungen gemietet. ( Pervinca) Überrascht hat uns die geräumige Wohnküche, in der man sich auch zu fünft problemlos aufhalten kann. Auf dem Balkon scheint ab dem frühen Morgen die Sonne, und in dem riesigen Garten kann man auf jeden Fall auch wunderbar entspannen. Gartenmöbel und Grill sind vorhanden. In den ersten zwei Tagen waren die Abende etwas kühl, sodass wir den Kamin genutzt haben. Er brachte die Wohnküche sehr schnell auf angenehme Temperatur und wir brauchten keine zusätzliche Heizung. Holz steht in ausreichender Menge kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin Lucia empfing uns sehr herzlich und beschrieb uns auch gleich die Umgebung und gab uns Tipps für erste Touren. Auch wenn man während des Aufenthaltes irgendwelche Fragen hat, kann man Lucia problemlos per Whatsapp erreichen. Sie spricht gut Englisch. Infomaterial ist im Haus reichlich vorhanden. Uns kam es darauf an, im Urlaub möglichst wenig das Auto nutzen zu müssen, und deshalb war die Lage des Hauses perfekt für uns. Die Wanderwege führen direkt an der Haustür vorbei und das nächste Restaurant ist auch in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da wir anstrengende Tagestouren gemacht haben, fanden wir das super. Uns hat unser Familienkurzurlaub sehr gut gefallen, und wir könnten uns einen nochmaligen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr gut vorstellen. Danke, liebe Lucia, für deine herzliche Gastfreundschaft!!

herrlicher Garten im Frühjahr
Wir haben die Ruhe in Breglia genossen. Viel im Garten gelesen und die vielfältige Blütenpracht genossen. Das Haus liegt einerseits mitten im Dorf und gleichzeitig am Waldrand. Ideal mit Hund. Kann ich sehr gut weiterempfehlen. Ein paar Sitzkissen für die Gartenmöbel wären noch hilfreich. Und die Matratze im Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) ist eher etwas für harte Schläfer. Wir sind aufs kleine Zimmer mit den weichen Matratzen ausgewichen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Lucia ist sehr freundlich und legt die nötigen Touristeninformationen bereit. Das Essen im Hotel Breglia ist sehr empfehlenswert und das 4 Gang-Menue für 18 Euro kaum zu übertreffen. Wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüsse

ruhige Lage, gepflegt, Einkäufe sollten überlegt erfolgen, da selbst der Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt in Menaggio 20min Fahrzeit in Dauerserpentinen ist, ansonsten perfekte Ruhe, viele Wanderwege, Erholung pur
