"Nice property, clean and tidy - we enjoyed our stay, but if I was the host and lived next door I would be anxious to welcome my guest not make them wait for 20 minutes on arrival. I would learn a few words of welcome in my guests language and to explain workings of equipment. Further, there was a whirlpool spar advertised which we anticipated to be a jacuzzi type bath but there was not one at the property. "Excellent séjour dans le beau gîte de Anne et Alfred, anciennes écuries rénovées, avec préservation de tout le charme et le cachet du lieu d'origine ! Idéal pour une soirée conviviale au coin du feu et un bon dodo à l'étage ! Et super accueil de Anne, qui se fera une joie de vous partager l'histoire du lieu Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter des 14 hectares servant à la protection des animaux, nous espérons revenir une prochaine fois pour ça! "This was an amazing place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this cottage. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, bedding was good quality. It took us a few days to get used to the pillows, as they are very different to pillows used in UK, but this is only a small matter. We were brave and used the swimming pool, despite the slightly cool weather. The gardens are huge but unfortunately we were not able to mae the most of all of the space as the weather didn't really favour sitting...

"This gite, created in a traditional French stone building, with its own garden to sit out in, is a place to get away from it all. The entrance is up stone steps to a large combined living room and kitchen. Wooden open stairs lead to the bedroom and bathroom.
